Порівняльний аналіз генотипів Sedum L. за морфо-фізіологічними ознаками

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 65 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 5 таблиці та 21 рисунок. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела. Об’єктом дослідження даної роботи є десять видів роду Sedum L.: очиток білий (Sedum album L.), о. гібридний (Sedum hybridum L.), о. їдкий (Sedum acre L.), о. іспанський (Sedum hispanicum L.), о. камчатський (Sedum kamtschaticum Fisch.), о. несправжній (Sedum spurium Bieb.), о. лозовидний (Sedum sarmentosum Bunge), о. відігнутий (Sedum reflexum L.), о. Сельского (Sedum selskianum Regel & Maack), о. Еверса (Sedum ewersii Ledeb). Мета роботи:провести порівняльний аналіз різних генотипів Sedum L. за морфо-фізіологічними ознаками, визначити кращих представників для озеленення в кліматичних умовах південного сходу України. Методи дослідження: лабораторний та польовий експеримент, морфометричний, оцінка морозостійкості проморожуванням, математичної статистики. Новизна роботи полягає в тому, що вперше проводився порівняльний аналіз різних генотипів Sedum L. за морфо-фізіологічними ознаками в кліматичних умовах південного сходу України (м. Енергодар Запорізької області). Значущість роботи – результати дослідження є науковим обґрунтуванням перспективності використання представників роду Sedum L. в кліматичних умовах Запорізької області. На підставі результатів дослідження підтверджено перспективність використання морозостійких генотипів Sedum L. в кліматичних умовах Запорізької області. Отримані результати можуть бути використані науковими закладами та спеціалістами в галузі зеленого будівництва.

EN : The work is presented on 65 pages of printed text, contains 5 tables and 21 figures. The list of references includes 72 sources. The object of this study are ten species of the genus Sedum L.: Sedum album L., Sedum hybridum L., Sedum acre L., Sedum hispanicum L., Sedum kamtschaticum Fisch., Sedum spurium Bieb., Sedum sarmentosum Bunge, Sedum reflexum L., Sedum selskianum Regel & Maack, Sedum ewersii Ledeb. The aim of the work: to conduct a comparative analysis of various genotypes Sedum L. by morphological and physiological characteristics, to determine the best representatives for gardening in the climatic conditions of the South-East of Ukraine. Methods: laboratory and field experiment, morphometric, frost resistance assessment by freezing, mathematical statistics. The novelty of the work lies in for the first time, a comparative analysis of various genotypes Sedum L. on morphological and physiological characteristics in the climatic conditions of the South-East of Ukraine was carried out (Energodar city, Zaporizhzhia region). Significance of the work –the results of the study are a scientific justification of the prospects for the use of representatives of the genus Sedum L. in the climatic conditions of the Zaporizhzhia region. Based on the results of the study, the prospects of using frost-resistant genotypes Sedum L. in the climatic conditions of the Zaporizhzhia region were confirmed. The results obtained can be used by scientific institutions and experts in the field of green construction.
