Педагогічні умови адаптації першокурсників-акторів до особливостей освітнього процесу в закладі вищої освіти

Abstract

Не дивлячись на значну кількість наукових праць щодо проблем адаптації особистості до навколишнього середовища дослідження особливостей адаптаційного періоду студентів вищих навчальних закладів потребує подальшого ґрунтовного вивчення. В роботі теоретично проаналізовано особливості адаптації першокурсників-акторів до особливостей освітнього процесу в закладі вищої освіти; обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено педагогічні умови адаптації першокурсників-акторів до особливостей освітнього процесу в закладі вищої освіти. Наукова новизна полягає в наступних положеннях: виокремлено групи проблем і труднощів соціальної, соціально-психологічної та психологічної адаптації студентів до навчання у ЗВО; систематизовано основні чинники та умови успішної адаптації першокурсників до навчання у ЗВО; розроблено педагогічні умови адаптації першокурсників-акторів до особливостей освітнього процесу у ЗВО.

Despite the considerable amount of scientific work on the problems of adaptation of personality to the environment, the study of the features of the adaptation period of students of higher education requires further thorough study. The peculiarities of adaptation of freshman actors to the features of the educational process in higher education are theoretically analyzed in the work; pedagogical conditions for the adaptation of first-year actors to the features of the educational process in the institution of higher education are substantiated and experimentally tested. The scientific novelty consists in the following provisions: the groups of problems and difficulties of social, socio-psychological and psychological adaptation of students to studying in ZVO are distinguished; systematic main factors and conditions for successful adaptation of freshmen to study in HSE; pedagogical conditions for the adaptation of freshmen-actors to the peculiarities of the educational process in ZVO are developed.
