Еколого-генетична характеристика популяцій ранньоквітучих рослин Запорізької області

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 76 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 2 таблиці та 21 рисунок. Перелік посилань включає 57 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження була ранньоквітуча рослинність Запорізької області. Метою роботи було здійснення еколого-генетичної характеристики популяцій ранньоквітучих рослин Запорізької області. Методи дослідження – моніторинг обраних ділянок, опис та облік ранньоквітучої рослинності, спостереження, аналіз наукової літератури, статистична обробка. Було описано флористичний склад угрупувань ранньоквітучої рослинності досліджуваних ділянок о. Хортиця та правого берега р. Дніпро. Досліджено, що площа популяції прострілу чорніючого в балці Наумова о. Хортиця за 2017-2019 рр. збільшилась в 5 разів, середнє проективне покриття збільшилось більше ніж в 10 разів, середня висота рослин – на 40% як наслідок вдалих абіотичних умов. Виявлено, що найбільш поліморфний серед досліджених видів Iris púmila представлений 8 морфотипами, за якими спостерігається розщеплення популяції. Проаналізовано, що еколого-географічні умови балки Наумова для гіацинтика блідого є більш оптимальними ніж у балці Генералка. Суттєвий вплив на стан популяції має експозиція схилу. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для подальшого вивчення впливу екологічних умов та долі генотипової складової у якісних і кількісних показниках ранньоквітучих рослин як у визначених для дослідження територіях, так і в інших еколого-географічних зонах.

The object of the study was early-flowering vegetation of the Zaporizhzhya region. The aim of the work was to carry out the ecological and genetic characteristics of the populations of early-flowering plants of the Zaporizhzhya region. Methods of research – monitoring selected sites, description and accounting of early-flowering vegetation, observation, analysis of scientific literature, statistical processing. It was described the floristic structure of groups early-flowering vegetation of the explored sites of the island Khortytsya and the right river bank Dnieper. It was investigated that the area of the population of the Pulsatilla nigricans in the Naumov girder of the Khortytsya island for 2017-2019 increased by 5 times, the average projective coverage has increased more than 10 times, the average plant height - by 40% as a result of successful abiotic conditions. It was revealed that the most polymorphic among the investigated species Iris púmila is represented by 8 morphotypes, in which there is a splitting of the population. It was analyzed that the ecological and geographical conditions of the Naumova girder for Hyacintella leucophaea are more optimal than in the Generalka girder. The obtained results can be used for further study of the influence of ecological conditions and the fate of the genotypic component in qualitative and quantitative indicators of early-flowering plants like in determined for study, and also in other ecologico-geographical zones.
