Системний підхід в управлінні прибутком ТОВ «Індустріалресурс»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 99 с., 15 рис., 14 табл., 60 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є ТОВ «Індустріалресурс». Метою роботи є розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення процесів формування, планування, розподілу прибутку в умовах ринкових відносин на прикладі досліджуваного підприємства. Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий, метод статистичного аналізу, групування та узагальнення даних, експертних оцінок. Актуальність теми даної кваліфікаційної роботи визначається тим, що прибуток є одним з основних показників господарської діяльності підприємства і на законодавчому рівні визначений як основна мета створення комерційних підприємств. За рахунок прибутку живе і розвивається будь-яке комерційне підприємство, бо це основне джерело поповнення фінансових ресурсів підприємств, формування централізованих і децентралізованих фондів грошових коштів. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи управління прибутком підприємств. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність ТОВ «Індустріалресурс» та запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення системи управління прибутком на досліджуваному підприємстві. Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом ТОВ «Індустріалресурс» в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

EN : Thesis for the Master’s Degree: 99 pp., 15 fig., 14 tab., 60 sources. The object of the research is LLC «Industrial Resource». The purpose is development of practical recommendations on improvement of processes of formation, planning, distribution of profit in the conditions of market relations on the example of the studied enterprise. The research methods: descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance, a method of statistical analysis, grouping and summarizing data, expert estimates. Background of this thesis is determined by the fact that profit is one of the main indicators of economic activity of the enterprise and at the legislative level is defined as the main purpose of creation of commercial enterprises. At the expense of profit, any commercial enterprise lives and develops, because it is the main source of replenishment of financial resources of enterprises, formation of centralized and decentralized funds of funds. During the execution of the thesis we were considered the theoretical foundations of the Income Management of enterprises. Based on the theoretical material was analyzed the activities of the LLC «Industrial Resource» and suggested ways of improving the efficiency of the Income Management of this company. The specifics character of the paper consists in the fact that the results may be used in the practice of the LLC «Industrial Resource» and will contribute to improvement of activity of domestic enterprises.
