Електронний архів: структура та функціонування

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота складається з семидесяти шести сторінок, містить двадцять шість позицій джерел та шістдесят позицій літератури. Об’єктом дослідження є комплекс нормативної документації, що регламентує функціонування електронних архівів в Україні. Предметом дослідження є електронний архів як соціо-комунікативна система. Мета роботи полягає у визначенні специфіки функціонування електронного архіву як соціо-комунікативної системи в інформаційних умовах українського суспільства. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в комплексному дослідженні проблематики електронного архіву як соціо-комунікативної системи. Проведенно комплексний аналіз проблематики електронних архівів як соціо-комунікативної системи, визначені основні тенденції у формуванні та функціонуванні цифрових архівних колекцій; окреслено теоретичні засади розуміння поняття архіву в сучасному суспільстві; окреслено тематичне поле наукових розробок в галузі фондування електронних документів всіх типів (аудіовізуальний контент, веб-сайти тощо); розглянуть проекти організації цифрових архівів в Україні та світі. Фактичний матеріал, основні положення та висновки можуть бути використані при вивченні окремих питань архівознавства, документознавства та проблем побутування інформаційного простору в сучасній Україні, а також при організації електронного архіву окремого підприємства, державної установи чи громадського об’єднання.

EN : The qualifying work consists of seventy-six pages, contains twenty - six positions of sources and sixty positions of literature. The object of the study is a set of normative documents regulating the functioning of electronic archives in Ukraine. The subject of the study is the electronic archive as a socio-communicative system. The purpose of the work is to determine the specifics of the functioning of the electronic archive as a socio-communicative system in the information conditions of Ukrainian society. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in a comprehensive study of the problems of the electronic archive as a socio-communicative system. Conducted a comprehensive analysis of the problem of electronic archives of the socio-communicative system, the main tendencies in the formation and functioning of digital archival collections; outlined the theoretical basis for the understanding of the concept of the archive in contemporary society; outlines the thematic field of scientific research in the field of funding of electronic documents of all types (audio-visual content, web sites, etc.); will consider the projects of the organization digital archives in Ukraine and abroad. The actual material, the main provisions and conclusions can be used in the study of certain issues of archival science, documentation and problems of existence of the information space in modern Ukraine, as well as in the organization of the electronic archive of a separate enterprise, state institution or public association.
