Штучне розведення перепілки в мисливських господарствах південного сходу України

Abstract

EN : This thesis consists of 79 pages, 6 figures, 11 tables and 72 literary sources. Object of study: quail of eastern Ukraine. The aim of the study: research and development of biotechnical methods for boosting the productivity, increasing the chances of reaching maturity and survival of a young quail in the conditions of farms and hunting grounds in the east of Ukraine with the lowest amount of costs spent on their maintenance and feeding. Research methods: collection of oral information, analysis of literary sources and case studies. The relevance and novelty of the work stem from the fact that this time peculiarities of artificial breeding and rearing of young animals under the conditions of hunting grounds have been studied in detail. The morphological features of the species and the diet of quail in the east of Ukraine are the topics investigated in this paper. Methods of incubation and sale of eggs were examined and studied. Methods for increasing the productivity and survival of young quail have been identified and/or developed. The scientific and economic approaches of rational exploitation of the quail livestock and ways of increasing the profitability of the farm, in the context of breeding of said species, as well as the use of waste left as a byproduct of quail breeding are also highlighted.

Ціль роботи: вивчення та розробка біотехнічних методів підвищення продуктивності, виводимості і виживання молодняку перепілки в умовах фермерських і мисливських господарств на сході України з якнайменшими витратами на їх зміст і годування. Методи дослідження: метод збору усної інформації, аналіз літературних джерел та практичні досліди. Актуальність та новизна роботи полягає у тому, що були детально вивчені особливості штучного розведення, вирощування молодняку в умовах мисливського господарства. У роботі досліджено морфологічні особливості виду, раціон харчування перепілки на сході України. Розглянуті та вивчені методика інкубації та реалізації яєць. Виявлені та розроблені методи підвищення продуктивності та виводимості молодняку перепілки. Освітлено науково-господарські підходи раціональної експлуатації поголів'я перепілки та підвищення рентабельності господарства, при розведенні цього виду, а також використання відходів розведення перепелів.
