Взаємозв’язок гендерних аспектів мотивації та лідерства у старшокласників

Abstract

У сучасному суспільстві інтерес до проблематики лідерства істотно зростає, як у наукових колах, так і серед педагогічної громадськості. Це обумовлено, з одного боку, тим, що розгляд процесів міжособистісної взаємодії з позицій гуманістичної психології посилив інтерес до кожної окремої особистості, її місця і ролі в цій взаємодії; з іншого боку, демократичні процеси в суспільстві: багатопартійність, відносна самостійність органів місцевого самоврядування, розвиток підприємництва активізували процес висування великої кількості лідерів - суспільно-політичних діячів, парламентарів, керівників сучасних підприємств тощо. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що вивчення нинішнього покоління молоді і формування лідерів завтрашнього дня - питання першорядної ваги, тому що сьогоднішні лідери серед соціально активних старшокласників в найближчому майбутньому можуть стати суспільними і політичними лідерами, сферою діяльності яких є суспільство і його соціальні інститути. У зв'язку з цим для прогнозування успішного розвитку старшокласника як соціального лідера важливе розуміння процесів, що відбуваються в його мотиваційній сфері. Крім того знання структури мотивів лідерства дозволяє цілеспрямовано формувати лідерську позицію хлопчиків і дівчаток, впливаючи на окремі мотиваційні компоненти.

In today's society, interest in leadership issues is increasing, both in academia and in the teaching community. This is due, on the one hand, to the fact that considering the processes of interpersonal interaction from the standpoint of humanistic psychology has increased the interest in each individual, his place and role in this interaction; on the other hand, democratic processes in society: multi-partyness, relative autonomy of local self-government bodies, and the development of entrepreneurship have intensified the process of nominating a large number of leaders - socio-political figures, parliamentarians, leaders of modern enterprises, etc. The scientific novelty of the work is that studying the current generation of young people and shaping the leaders of tomorrow is a matter of paramount importance, because today leaders among socially active high school students may in the near future become social and political leaders whose sphere of activity is the society and its social. In this regard, to predict the successful development of high school seniors as a social leader, it is important to understand the processes that take place in his motivational sphere. In addition, knowledge of the structure of motives for leadership allows purposeful formation of leadership positions of boys and girls, influencing the individual motivational components.
