Abstract

The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that the modern management system is characterized by the fact that the main value is human resources, which are the key to successful activity, and not the material component. In connection with the above, there is a need to improve the motivation system in order to increase the productivity and effectiveness of work, which is important from the point of view of the success of the business entity in the conditions of increasing challenges of the global environment. The purpose of the qualification is to analyze the forms and methods of the personnel management system in order to develop proposals for its improvement at the enterprise. The object of the study is the forms and methods of personnel management of the enterprise "Intourist–Zaporizhia". The information base for writing a qualification paper is analytical materials of international organizations, theoretical and practical materials of international organizations; textbooks, monographs, collections, scientific articles in periodicals, reviews and ratings, reports of international associations on innovative forms of international business organization, Internet sources. During the work, the theoretical foundations of personnel management were considered, the forms and methods of personnel management were highlighted. On the basis of theoretical material, methods of increasing efficiency and directions for improving the forms and methods of personnel management of the enterprise "Intourist–Zaporizhia" were investigated.

Актуальність теми визначається тим, що сучасна система управління характеризується тим, що головною цінністю є людські ресурси, які є запоруко успішної діяльності, а не матеріальна складова. У зв’язку з вищезазначеним виникає необхідність вдосконалення системи мотивації з метою підвищення продуктивності та результативності праці, що є важливим з точки успішності діяльності суб’єкта господарювання в умовах посилення викликів глобального середовища. Метою кваліфікаційної робити є аналіз форм і методів системи управління персоналом з метою розробки пропозицій щодо її удосконалення на підприємстві. Об’єкт дослідження є форми і методи управління персоналом підприємства «Інтурист–Запоріжжя». Інформаційною базою для написання кваліфікаційної роботи є аналітичні матеріали міжнародних організацій, теоретичні та практичні матеріали міжнародних організацій; підручники, монографії, збірники, наукові статті в періодичних виданнях, огляди та рейтинги, доповіді міжнародних асоціацій з питань інноваційних форм організації міжнародного бізнесу, інтернет–джерела. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи управління персоналом, виокремлено форми та методи кадрового менеджменту. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було досліджено способи підвищення ефективності та напрями вдосконалення форм та методів управління персоналом підприємства «Інтурист–Запоріжжя».
