Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота : 77 с., 26 рис., 27 табл., 27 джерел. Об'єктом дослідження є процес стратегічного планування на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є особливості стратегічного планування ПП «Апекс Буд». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних і практичних питань стратегічного планування підприємства, аналіз ринкових позицій ПП «Апекс Буд», планування оптимальної стратегії його розвитку. Методи дослідження: метод системного підходу, метод вивчення і узагальнення наукової літератури, динамічний і статистичний методи, що дозволили проаналізувати, систематизувати та узагальнити теоретичний та фактичний матеріал з обраної теми. Актуальність теми дослідження визначається тим, що стратегія підприємства є основою стратегічного планування, за допомогою якого на підприємстві зважується комплекс проблем, пов’язаних з цілеспрямованою переорієнтацією випуску продукції нової номенклатури й асортименту, впровадженням і використанням нових технологій, розвитку маркетингу, удосконалюванням структури керування підприємством. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи стратегічного планування, визначено види та етапи розробки стратегії. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було досліджено конкурентні ринкові позиції та напрями розробки стратегії ПП «Апекс Буд».

An aim of this work is work is to analyze the organizational and economic provision of innovative development as the basis for the innovative development of the enterprise and to develop proposals for increasing organizational and economic support of innovation development. Research methods such as descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, method of balance, the method of statistical analysis, grouping and generalization of data, expert estimations, and matrix- method were used. Actuality of the research topic is that, in a changing global and internal environment, the key factor in the competitiveness of industrial enterprises is the effective management of its innovative development, based on monitoring of the level of innovation of the enterprise, target quantitative and qualitative indicators. The research is to determine the characteristic features of innovative activity of the enterprise, to substantiate the system of methods of analysis of organizational and economic support of innovative development. The results of the study, set out in the thesis on obtaining the bachelor's degree, suggest the following: the measures developed will enhance the innovation potential of the enterprise, improve the financial performance of the activity, Private Enterprise “Apeks Bud” recognized the possibility of practical application in the future proposals for raising the level of organizational and economic security Innovative Development.
