Контролінг у системі менеджменту бізнес-процесів виробничого підприємства

Abstract

UA : Об'єктом дослідження є процес контролінгу в системі менеджменту бізнес-процесів машинобудівного підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Предметом дослідження виступають теоретико-методичні, наукові та прикладні положення формування контролінгу машинобудівного підприємства.Мета дослідження: наукове обґрунтування теоретико-методичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи контролінгу в забезпеченні ефективності бізнес-процесів машинобудівного підприємства – ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Методи дослідження: індукції та дедукції, порівняння і систематизації; аналізу і синтезу; абстрактно-логічний. Специфіка роботи полягає у детальному аналізі стану контролінгу системи менеджменту бізнес-процесів одного з провідних підприємств машинобудівної галузі України – ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Для дослідження поставленої мети були визначені та вирішені такі завдання: досліджено передумови впровадження контролінга в практику менеджменту сучасного підприємства; систематизовано та проаналізовано теоретичні та практичні аспекти трактування контролінга та його місця в системі управління підприємством; визначено специфіку застосування контролінгу в управлінні зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю підприємств машинобудівної галузі. У другому роділі роботи здійснено дослідження сучасного стану організаційної структури управління та контролю ПАТ «Мотор Січ» та діагностику стану контролінгу ПАТ «Мотор Січ». На підставі виявлених даних в роботі запропоновано дієвий механізм формування організаційного забезпечення контролінгу ПАТ «Мотор Січ», а також розроблено перспективні напрямки вдосконалення системи контролінгу на підприємстві. Новизна одержаних результатів полягає в узагальненні теоретичних основ і розробці підходів до забезпечення ефективного управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю машинобудівного підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає в обґрунтуванні рекомендацій щодо формування напрямків оптимізації організаційної структури ПАТ «Мотор Січ» задля забезпечення ефективного управління його зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю. Результати дослідження пройшли віповідну апробацію.

EN : The object of the research is the process of controlling in the business process management system of the machine-building enterprise Motor Sich PJSC. The subject of the research is the theoretical-methodical, scientific and applied provisions of the formation of controlling of the machine-building enterprise. The purpose of the research: scientific substantiation of the theoretical-methodical provisions and the development of practical recommendations for improving the controlling system in ensuring the efficiency of business processes of the machine-building enterprise - PJSC "Motor Sich". Research methods: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization; analysis and synthesis; abstract and logical. The specificity of the work consists in a detailed analysis of the state of controlling the business process management system of one of the leading enterprises in the machine-building industry of Ukraine - Motor Sich PJSC. The following tasks were defined and solved for the study of the set goal: the prerequisites for the introduction of controlling into the management practice of a modern enterprise were investigated; theoretical and practical aspects of the interpretation of controlling and its place in the enterprise management system are systematized and analyzed; the specifics of the application of controlling in the management of foreign economic activity of enterprises of the machine-building industry are determined. In the second part of the work, a study of the current state of the organizational structure of management and control of PJSC "Motor Sich" and a diagnosis of the state of controlling of PJSC "Motor Sich" were carried out. On the basis of the revealed data, the work proposes an effective mechanism for the formation of organizational support for controlling PJSC "Motor Sich", as well as developed promising directions for improving the controlling system at the enterprise. The novelty of the obtained results lies in the generalization of theoretical foundations and the development of approaches to ensuring effective management of foreign economic activities of the machine-building enterprise PJSC "Motor Sich". The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the substantiation of recommendations regarding the formation of directions for optimizing the organizational structure of PJSC "Motor Sich" in order to ensure effective management of its foreign economic activities. The results of the study have passed the corresponding approval.
