Abstract

UA : Об'єкт дослідження: професійне вигорання в територіальному центрі соціального обслуговування (надання соціальних послуг). Предмет дослідження: зміст профілактики професійного вигорання соціальних робітників в територіальному центрі соціального обслуговування (надання соціальних послуг). Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити зміст, форми і методи профілактики професійного вигорання у соціальних робітників. Методи дослідження: теоретичні (аналіз, систематизація, узагальнення), емпіричні (анкетування, бесіда, порівняння, експеримент). Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у комплексному вивчені питання професійного вигорання соціальних робітників та формуванні програми профілактики професійного вигорання соціальних робітників територіального центру соціального обслуговування (надання соціальних послуг). Практичне значення роботи полягає у апробації програми профілактики професійного вигорання соціальних робітників на базі Запорізького міського територіального центру соціального обслуговування (надання соціальних послуг). Галузь використання: територіальні центри соціального обслуговування (надання соціальних послуг).

EN : Professional burnout of social assistants is considered as a complex problem. Purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the content, forms and methods of prevention of professional burnout in social assistants. The objectives of the study were as follows: 1) reveal the content of professional burnout in social assistants; 1) determine the forms and methods of prevention of professional burnout in social assistants; 3) investigate the conditions and factors affecting the level of stress and burnout of social assistants; 4) develop and implement recommendations aimed at preventing and reducing the risks of professional burnout in social assistants. The object of the study is the professional burnout of social assistants in social services. The subject of the study is the content, forms and methods of prevention of professional burnout of social assistants in social services. The first section of the qualification work "Prevention of professional burnout of social assistants in the territorial center of social service (provision of social services)" defines the essence of professional burnout, characterizes the specifics of the work of social assistants, methods and ways to prevent professional burnout of social assistants. In the second section of the study "Prevention of professional burnout of social assistants of the territorial center of social service (provision of social services)," an experimental study was conducted on a statement, the level of professional burnout of social assistants was diagnosed, a program for preventing professional burnout of social assistants was presented and implemented, and analysis of the results of the implementation of the program for preventing professional burnout of social assistants of the territorial center of social service (provision of social services) was carried out.
