Перспективи розвитку ринку землі в Україні в умовах децентралізації

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 87 с., 16 рис., 3 табл., 1 додаток, 62 джерела. Об'єктом дослідження є дослідження є науково-методичні основи розвитку ринку землі в Україні. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні основи розвитку ринку землі в Україні в умовах децентралізації. Мета роботи – вивчення перспектив розвитку ринку землі в Україні в умовах децентралізації. Методи дослідження – статистичний аналіз, графічний, аналітичний, факторний аналіз, діалектичний, абстрактно-логічний, порівняльний аналіз. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи досліджено теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття «ринок землі»; виокремлено чинники розвитку земель сільськогосподарського призначення; визначено особливості реалізації земельної реформи в умовах децентралізації. У другому розділі з’ясовано передумови формування ринку землі в Україні; вивчено аналітику стану земельного ринку в національній економіці; виокремлено актуальні проблеми ринку землі в Україні. У третьому розділі вивчено європейський досвіду функціонування ринку землі; визначено перспективи розвитку земельних відносин та ринку землі в Україні.

The object of the study is the study of the scientific and methodological foundations of the development of the land market in Ukraine. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical foundations of the development of the land market in Ukraine under conditions of decentralization. The purpose of the work is to study the prospects for the development of the land market in Ukraine under conditions of decentralization. Research methods – statistical analysis, graphical, analytical, factor analysis, dialectical, abstract-logical, comparative analysis. In the first chapter of the qualification work, theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of "land market" were investigated; the factors of agricultural land development are singled out; the peculiarities of the implementation of land reform in conditions of decentralization are determined. In the second chapter, the prerequisites for the formation of the land market in Ukraine are clarified; analyzed the state of the land market in the national economy; actual problems of the land market in Ukraine are highlighted. In the third chapter, the European experience of the functioning of the land market is studied; prospects for the development of land relations and the land market in Ukraine are defined.
