Управління виробничими запасами на промисловому підприємстві

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 89 с., 28 рис., 26 табл., 33 джерела. Об’єктом дослідження є система логістичного управління на промисловому підприємстві. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних та методичних засад логістичного управління та умов формування ефективної системи управління виробничими запасами на промисловому підприємстві. При виконанні були використані такі методи дослідження: аналіз і синтез, узагальнення – для узагальнення існуючих та формування нових положень щодо сутності фінансової безпеки підприємства; системний підхід – для оцінки всієї сукупності складових досліджуваної теми; статистичний метод обробки даних, групування, балансовий метод – для оцінки показників діяльності досліджуваного підприємства; метод порівняльного аналізу – для виявлення тенденцій зміни показників в динаміці; метод графічного зображення – для наочного представлення показників в динаміці. Доведено, що ефективне управління запасами дозволяє оптимізувати фінансові ресурси, знижуючи непотрібні витрати на утримання запасів. Це дозволяє підприємствам збільшувати свою прибутковість та конкурентоспроможність на ринку. Практичне значення полягає у доведенні положення, що зростаюча складність ланцюга постачання вимагає ефективного планування та співпраці з постачальниками та покупцями. Дослідження управління виробничими запасами допомагає виробникам оптимізувати процеси співпраці та підтримувати стійкий ланцюг постачання.

EN : This work consists of 89 pages, which includes 28 images; 26 tables; 33 sources of information with references. The object of the research is the logistics management system at an industrial enterprise. The aim of the qualification work is to investigate the theoretical and methodological foundations of logistics management and the conditions for forming an effective inventory management system at an industrial enterprise. In the process of execution, the following research methods were utilized: analysis and synthesis, generalization - to summarize existing and form new provisions regarding the essence of financial security of the enterprise; a systematic approach - to assess the entire set of components of the researched topic; statistical data processing method, grouping, balance method - to evaluate indicators of the investigated enterprise's performance; the method of comparative analysis - to identify trends in the dynamics of indicators; the method of graphical representation - for a visual presentation of indicators in dynamics. It has been demonstrated that effective inventory management allows optimizing financial resources by reducing unnecessary costs associated with maintaining inventories. This enables enterprises to increase their profitability and competitiveness in the market. The practical significance lies in substantiating the position that the increasing complexity of the supply chain requires effective planning and collaboration with suppliers and customers. Research on production inventory management helps manufacturers optimize collaboration processes and maintain a stable supply chain.
