Актуальніть теми визначається тим, що в сучасних умовах успішний перехід до ринкових відносин визначається передусім радикальними рішеннями в господарському, політичному та суспільному житті країни. Метою моєї кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичниї основ, розкриття ефективних інструментів та обгрунтування практичних рекомендацій щодо значення інноваційного менеджменту в освітньому середовищі. Об’єкт дослідження є інноваційний менеджмент в освітньому середовищі. Інноваційну базу роботи становлять наукові роботи з менеджменту та освітнього середовища, монографічні дослідження та статті вітчизняних авторів, практичні матеріали та офіційні статистичні дані, ресурси мережі Інтернет. В роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць, графіків, схем. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи інноваційного менеджменту в освітньому середовищі. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано значення інноваційного менеджменту в освітньому середовищі, а також запропоновано план дій з впровадження запропонованих заходів.

In the work, the information is summarized and displayed using tables, graphs, and diagrams. During the work, the theoretical foundations of innovative management in the educational environment were considered. Based on the theoretical material, the importance of innovative management in the educational environment was analyzed, and an action plan for the implementation of the proposed measures was proposed.
