Актуальність теми визначається тим, що в сучасних умовах актуальною є проблема розробки та реалізації своєчасного та комплексного аналізу фінансово-економічної стабільності підприємства та прийняття оперативних рішень щодо локалізації кризових явищ та подолання наслідків криз з найменшою ймовірністю банкрутства для підприємства. Метою роботи є аналіз практичних аспектів системи антикризового управління підприємства з метою розробки пропозицій щодо її удосконалення на підприємстві. Об’єкт дослідження – процес організації антикризового управління підприємством в сучасних умовах. Інформаційну базу роботи становлять наукові роботи з менеджменту та економіки, монографічні дослідження та статті вітчизняних авторів, практичні матеріали та офіційні статистичні дані, ресурси мережі Інтернет. В роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць, графіків, схем. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи антикризового управління на сучасному підприємстві. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність ТОВ «БК«ГЕОС», а також запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення ефективності антикризового управління досліджуваного підприємства.

The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that in modern conditions the problem of developing and implementing a timely and comprehensive analysis of the financial and economic stability of the enterprise and making operational decisions regarding the localization of crisis phenomena and overcoming the consequences of crises with the least probability of bankruptcy for the enterprise is relevant. The purpose of the work is to analyze the practical aspects of the enterprise's anti-crisis management system in order to develop proposals for its improvement at the enterprise. The object of the study is the process of organizing anti-crisis management of the enterprise in modern conditions. The information base of the work consists of scientific works on management and economics, monographic studies and articles by domestic authors, practical materials and official statistical data, Internet resources. In the work, the information is summarized and displayed using tables, graphs, and diagrams. During the work, the theoretical foundations of anti-crisis management at a modern enterprise were considered. On the basis of the theoretical material, the activities of BC GEOS LLC were analyzed, and measures to improve the effectiveness of anti-crisis management of the investigated enterprise were also proposed.
