Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Управління процесом формування витрат з метою підвищення рентабельності виробництва»: 74 сторінки, 26 таблиць, 6 рисунків, 9 формул. Перелік посилань нараховує 60 найменувань. Актуальність теми визначається тим, що в сучасних умовах розвитку економіки необхідно приділяти особливу увагу управлінню процесом формування витрат з метою підвищення рентабельності виробництва. Сьогодні, налагоджена система управління процесом формування витрат є потужною конкурентною перевагою, тому підприємства мають приділяти все більшу увагу підвищенню рентабельності виробництва. Метою кваліфікаційної робити є дослідження методів управління процесом формування витратами з метою підвищення рентабельності виробництва на підприємстві ТДВ «ЗХК № 1», виявлення проблем і розробка шляхів їх вирішення. Об’єкт дослідження – процес організації управління формуванням витрат з метою підвищення рентабельності виробництва. Інформаційну базу роботи становлять наукові роботи з менеджменту та економіки, монографічні дослідження та статті вітчизняних авторів, практичні матеріали та офіційні статистичні дані, ресурси мережі Інтернет. В роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць, графіків, схем. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи формування ефективної системи формування витрат на підприємстві. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність ТДВ «ЗХК № 1», а також запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення управління процесом формування витрат з метою підвищення рентабельності виробництва досліджуваного підприємства.

The purpose of the qualification is to research the methods of managing the cost formation process in order to increase the profitability of production at the TDV enterprise «ZHK № 1», identify problems and develop ways to solve them. The object of the study is the process of organizing the management of cost formation in order to increase the profitability of production. The information base of the work consists of scientific works on management and economics, monographic studies and articles by domestic authors, practical materials and official statistical data, Internet resources. In the work, the information is summarized and displayed using tables, graphs, and diagrams. During the work, the theoretical foundations of the formation of an effective system of cost formation at the enterprise were considered. On the basis of the theoretical material, the activities of TDV «ZHK №. 1» were analyzed, and measures were also proposed to improve the management of the process of cost formation in order to increase the profitability of the production of the enterprise under study.
