Мета роботи: запропонувати рекомендації до поліпшення реорганізації управління матеріальними потоками в умовах воєнного часу.
Методи дослідження: описовий, аналітичний, моделювання.
Специфіка роботи – управління матеріальними потоками в умовах воєнного стану.
Під час написання роботи було проведено фінансово-економічний аналіз показників діяльності підприємства який надав можливість проаналізувати діяльність компаніі у динаміці, загальна характеристика зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємства; визначеня впливу воєнного стану (повномасштабного вторгнення та умовах блокування росією чорноморських портів України) на діяльність і матеріальні потоки компанії «КЕРНЕЛ».

The specificity of the work is the management of material flows in the conditions of martial law.
During the writing of the work, a financial and economic analysis of the company's activity indicators was conducted, which provided an opportunity to analyze the company's activity in dynamics, the general characteristics of the company's foreign economic activity; determination of the influence of the state of war (a full-scale invasion and the conditions of Russia's blockade of the Black Sea ports of Ukraine) on the activities and material flows of the "Kernel" company.
