Abstract

UA : Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є визначення цілей та особливостей модернізації управління закладом освіти в умовах індустрії 5.0 на прикладі Запорізької гімназії номер 49 Запорізької міської ради. Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є система запроваджених інноваційних технологій в модернізацію управління закладом освіти в умовах індустрії 5.0 на прикладі Запорізької гімназії номер 49 Запорізької міської ради. Застосовувалися методи порівняльного та інституційного аналізу, абстрагування та узагальнення, монографічний, аналізу та синтезу. За їх допомогою здійснено оцінювання особливостей модернізації управління закладом освіти в умовах індустрії 5.0 на прикладі Запорізької гімназії номер 49 Запорізької міської ради, а саме наукові основи управління закладом загальної середньої освіти: принципи, методи, функції управління, розглянуто парадигма «Індустрії 5.0» як чинник впливу на управління закладом загальної середньої освіти, а також вплив інноваційних можливостей на модернізацію управління закладом загальної середньої освіти, проведено діагностику діяльності закладу освіти Запорізька гімназія номер 49, розглянуьо модернізація управління закладом освіти в умовах індустрії 5.0 на прикладі Запорізької гімназії номер 49, впрвадження інноваційних технологій для модернізації управління закладом освіти Запорізька Загальноосвітня гімназія №49 в умовах індустрії 5.0 .

EN : The purpose of the qualification work is to determine the goals and features of the modernization of the management of the educational institution in the conditions of Industry 5.0 using the example of the Zaporizhia Gymnasium number 49 of the Zaporizhia City Council. The object of the qualification work is the system of introduced innovative technologies in the modernization of the management of the educational institution in the conditions of Industry 5.0 on the example of the Zaporizhia Gymnasium number 49 of the Zaporizhia City Council. The methods of comparative and institutional analysis, abstraction and generalization, monographic, analysis and synthesis were used. With their help, an evaluation of the features of the modernization of the management of an educational institution in the conditions of Industry 5.0 was carried out on the example of the Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 49 of the Zaporizhzhia City Council, namely the scientific foundations of the management of a general secondary education institution: principles, methods, management functions, the paradigm of "Industry 5.0" was considered as a factor of influence on the management of an institution of general secondary education, as well as the impact of innovative opportunities on the modernization of the management of an institution of general secondary education, a diagnosis of the activity of the educational institution Zaporizhia Gymnasium No. 49 was carried out.
