Трансформація міжнародного співробітництва в умовах російсько-української війни

Abstract

UA : Актуальність досліджуваної теми зумовлюється тим, що повномасштабне вторгнення Російської Федерації до України викликало значні зміни в геополітичній ситуації у світі, оскільки з боку країни-агресора було порушено всі норми міжнародного права систему міжнародної безпеки. Російсько-українська війна стала справжнім випробуванням для світової спільноти в контексті забезпечення міжнародної стабільності та правопорядку, а також змусила замислитися щодо ефективності роботи міжнародних організацій та механізмів міжнародного співробітництва. Більшість країн світу відіграють значну роль в підтримці України під час війни для зміцнення її оборони, постачаючи військову техніку та надаючи консультації щодо модернізації Збройних Сил України. Військова допомога та навчання з боку іноземних держав допомагають Україні ефективно відповідати на агресивні дії з боку РФ. Також Україні надається гуманітарна допомога у вигляді їжі, медикаментів та забезпечення постраждалих від війни осіб житлом. Ще одним вагомим видом підтримки України є вдосконалення системи кіберзахисту для відповіді на інформаційні атаки та інформаційно-психологічні операції з боку РФ. Проблемна ситуація полягає у тому, що керівництво іноземних країн у певній мірі побоюється загострення відносин з РФ та не хоче стати стороною конфлікту, щоб запобігти його ескалації, і тому обмежують рівень своєї допомоги для України. В той же час Україна висловила свої наміри та подала заявку щодо вступу до НАТО та отримала статус кандидата на вступ до ЄС. Все це є важливим напрямом для дослідження подальшої трансформації системи міжнародного співробітництва в умовах російсько-української війни.

The Russian-Ukrainian war became a useful test for world peace in the context of ensuring international stability and law and order, and also prompted concerns about the effectiveness of the work of international organizations and the mechanisms of international spivorbitism. Most countries of the world play a significant role in supporting Ukraine during the war to enhance its defense, supplying military equipment and providing consultations to modernize Ukraine's Armed Forces They are. The military assistance and efforts on the side of foreign powers help Ukraine to effectively respond to aggressive actions on the side of the Russian Federation. Ukraine also receives humanitarian aid, medicines and care for those affected by the war. Another important type of support for Ukraine is the upgrading of the cybersecurity system to respond to information attacks and information-psychological operations on the side of the Russian Federation. The problematic situation arises from the fact that the culture of foreign countries in the singing world is afraid of the importation from the Russian Federation and does not want to become a party to the conflict in order to avoid its escalation, and thus to the zeal of your assistance for Ukraine. At the same time, Ukraine decided on its intentions, submitted an application to join NATO, and withdrew the status of a candidate for accession to the EU.
