Бізнес-планування на ПрАТ «Запорізький абразивний комбінат» у сучасних умовах господарювання

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 117 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 30 таблиць, 13 рисунків, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 79 джерел, з них 7 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси бізнес-планування на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретико-методичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із здійсненням планування діяльності підприємства. Метою роботи є подальший розвиток теоретичних положень та удосконалення методичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо розробки та оцінки процесів бізнес-планування на підприємстві. Для досягнення мети поставлено та вирішено такі завдання: уточнено поняття «бізнес-планування»; узагальнено існуючі класифікації бізнес-планів; визначено елементи бізнес-плану; проаналізовано техніко-економічний та фінансовий стан підприємства; надано рекомендації щодо обґрунтування доцільності впровадження проекту на підприємстві; розраховано економічну ефективність проекту. Методи дослідження: аналізу, теоретичного узагальнення та синтезу; системний підхід; статистичного та фінансового аналізу; розрахунковий, математичного моделювання. Інформаційною базою є положення економічної теорії, дослідження вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених у галузі бізнес-планування та інвестиційного проектування, дані фінансової та статистичної звітності ПрАТ «Запоріжабразив». Результати дослідження можуть бути використані в практиці бізнес- планування підприємств.

EN : The work is presented on 117 pages of printed text, contains 30 tables, 13 figures, 5 annex. The list of referеnces includes 70 sources, 7 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the processes of business planning at the enterprise. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical and methodological foundations and applied problems related to the implementation of planning of enterprise activities. The aim of the work is to further develop theoretical provisions and improve methodological and practical recommendations for the development and evaluation of business planning processes at the enterprise. The object of research of this work is: theoretical and practical provisions of business planning as a complex process of managerial decision-making at the enterprise. The subject of the work is: the process of business planning at the enterprise. In accordance with the defined goal, the following tasks were set and solved: the concept of "business planning" was clarified; the existing classifications of business plans are generalized; the elements of the business plan are defined; the technical, economic and financial condition of the enterprise PJSC «Zaporizhzhya Abrasive Plant» is analyzed; recommendations for improving business planning at the enterprise PJSC "Zaporizhzhya Abrasive Plant" are provided; to analyze the directions of improvement of organizational support of business planning of PJSC "Zaporizhzhya Abrasive Plant"; to characterize the structure of the business plan and its content of PJSC "Zaporizhzhya Abrasive Plant"; to substantiate the validity of a business project at the enterprise with the help of economic and mathematical modeling. The following methods were used: economic-statistical, mathematical, analysis, generalization, observation. The elements of scientific novelty in the study are: a substantiated author's proposal for the development of a business plan; The choice of an investment project by building a mathematical model by analyzing hierarchies is substantiated. 6

The information base is the provisions of economic theory, research of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of business planning and investment design, data of financial and statistical statements of PJSC "Zaporizhzhya Abrasive". The results of the study can be used in the practice of business planning of enterprises.
