Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 144 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 16 рисунків, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 77 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси оптимізації механізму антикризового управління підприємством ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь» ім. А.М. Кузьміна». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу оптимізації механізму антикризового управління підприємством з метою покращення його фінансового стану. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності антикризового управління підприємством. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність антикризового управління підприємством; 2) провести аналіз економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо вдосконалення механізму антикризового управління підприємством. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності антикризового управління підприємством в контексті організаційних змін; 2) розроблено та обгрунтовано антикризову стратегію діяльності підприємства; 3) запропоновано інструменти ризик-менеджменту в управлінні підприємством. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо антикризового управління підприємством можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.

The object of the study is the process of optimizing the anti-crisis management mechanism of the PJSC «Electrometallurgical Plant «Dniprospetsstal» by A.M. Kuzmin». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical foundations and applied problems related to the organization of the process of optimizing the mechanism of anti-crisis management of the enterprise in order to improve its financial condition. The purpose of the work is the analysis of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and the development of practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of anti-crisis management of the enterprise. Tasks: 1) determine the essence of anti-crisis management of the enterprise; 2) conduct an analysis of the economic indicators of the enterprise; 3) develop measures to improve the mechanism of anti-crisis management of the enterprise. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) recommendations were developed to increase the effectiveness of anti-crisis management of the enterprise in the context of organizational changes; 2) the anti-crisis strategy of the enterprise was developed and substantiated; 3) risk management tools in enterprise management are proposed. The results of the study are aimed at evaluating and improving the mechanism of anti-crisis management of an industrial enterprise PJSC «Electrometallurgical Plant «Dniprospetsstal» by A.M. Kuzmin» and can be implemented in the practice of other industrial enterprises. The results of the research can be used by managers of financial divisions of industrial enterprises to develop tactical and strategic solutions, which will allow optimizing investment activities. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals regarding anti-crisis management of the enterprise can be used in its practical activities.
