Управління мотиваційним механізмом ПрАТ «УКРГРАФІТ» та напрями його вдосконалення

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 105 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 21 таблиця, 6 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 88 джерел, з них 13 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування мотиваційних механізмів і стимулювання працівників ПрАТ «Укрграфіт». Предметом дослідження є методологічні, методичні та прикладні проблеми формування та функціонування мотиваційних механізмів управління персоналом в сучасних умовах. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у комплексному дослідженні основних напрямів мотивації праці, огляді основних методичних підходів та розробці на основі проведеного дослідження практичних шляхів вдосконалення мотивації праці в системі управління ПрАТ «Укрграфіт». Методи дослідження: теоретичного узагальнення, логічного узагальнення, порівняльного аналізу, горизонтального аналізу та ін. Одержані результати: розроблені методики комплексної оцінки ефективності мотиваційних механізмів і стимулювання працівників ПрАТ «Укрграфіт», які дозволяють здійснювати діагностику стану мотивації персоналу з урахуванням результатів діяльності підприємств в сучасних умовах господарювання. Практична значущість дослідження визначається можливостями впровадження системи мотивації шляхом підвищення лояльності персоналу на ПрАТ «Укрграфіт».

The object of research is the processes of formation of motivational mechanisms and incentives for employees of PrJSC«Ukrgrafit» The subject of research is methodological, methodological and applied problems of formation and functioning of motivational mechanisms of personnel management in modern conditions. The relevance of motivation issues cannot be doubted, since the final results of enterprises in all spheres of activity depend on a clear program of motivation and stimulation of employees, therefore the purpose the purpose of the qualification work is a comprehensive study of the main areas of labour motivation, a review of the main methodological approaches and the development of practical ways to improve labour motivation in the management system of PrJSC«Ukrgrafit» based on the research. Objectives of the study: - on the basis of the known theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of the employee motivation and stimulation program, analyze the current motivational program for employees of the large metallurgical enterprise Ukrgrafit PJSC; - highlight the main substantive points of its implementation; - evaluate the effectiveness of this program; - emphasize areas of improvement. Research methods: theoretical generalisation, logical generalisation, comparative analysis, horizontal analysis, etc. Results obtained: methods for a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of motivational mechanisms and incentives for employees of PrJSC«Ukrgrafit» have been developed, which allow diagnosing the state of staff motivation, taking into account the results of enterprises' activities in the current economic environment. The practical significance of the study is determined by the possibilities of implementing a motivation system by increasing staff loyalty at PrJSC«Ukrgrafit».
