Abstract

Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та розробити модель формування професійно-етичної культури викладача закладу вищої освіти. Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування професійно-етичної культури викладача закладу вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: модель формування професійно-етичної культури викладача. У роботі визначено сутність та структуру професійно-етичної культури викладача закладу вищої освіти; розроблено модель формування професійно-етичної культури викладача закладу вищої освіти; розглянуто функції та етапи формування професійно-етичної культури викладача закладу вищої освіти; експериментально з’ясовано стан сформованості професійно-етичної культури викладачів закладу вищої освіти; розроблено методику формування професійно-етичної культури викладача закладу вищої освіти. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в наступному теоретичні положення і висновки, що містяться в дослідженні, сприяють підвищенню ефективності процесу формування професійної культури викладача закладу вищої освіти.

The work defines the essence and structure of the professional and ethical culture of a teacher of a higher education institution; a model for the formation of the professional and ethical culture of a teacher of a higher education institution was developed; the functions and stages of formation of the professional and ethical culture of a teacher of a higher education institution are considered; the state of formation of the professional and ethical culture of the teachers of the higher education institution was experimentally determined; the method of formation of the professional and ethical culture of the teacher of the institution of higher education was developed. The practical significance of the study is that the theoretical provisions and conclusions contained in the study contribute to increasing the effectiveness of the process of forming the professional culture of a teacher at a higher education institution.
