Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати і розробити систему патріотичного виховання студентів закладу вищої освіти. Об’єкт дослідження: процес патріотичного виховання студентів у позааудиторної роботі закладу вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: система патріотичного виховання студентів у позааудиторної роботі закладу вищої освіти. У роботі проаналізовано психолого-педагогічну та історичну літературу з проблеми патріотичного виховання; розглянуто чинники впливу на процес виховання сучасних студентів; вивчено зарубіжний досвід позааудиторної роботи, спрямованої на патріотичне виховання студентів; досліджено зміст, форми і методи патріотичного виховання студентів; сформовано критерії патріотичної вихованості студентів; розроблено систему позааудиторних занять для сформованості патріотичності студентів закладу вищої освіти. Практичне значення: роботи полягає у розробці та науковому обґрунтуванні методичних рекомендацій планування заходів з патріотичного виховання студентів у позааудиторній роботі закладу вищої освіти.

The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and develop a system of patriotic education of students of a higher education institution. The object of the study: the process of patriotic education of students in the extracurricular work of a higher education institution. The subject of the study: the system of patriotic education of students in the extracurricular work of a higher education institution. The work analyzed psychological-pedagogical and historical literature on the problem of patriotic education; factors influencing the process of education of modern students are considered; foreign experience of extracurricular work aimed at patriotic education of students was studied; the content, forms and methods of patriotic education of students were investigated; criteria for patriotic upbringing of students were formed; developed a system of extracurricular classes for the formation of patriotism of students of a higher education institution. Practical significance: the work consists in the development and scientific substantiation of methodical recommendations for planning measures for patriotic education of students in extracurricular work of a higher education institution.
