Формування гнучких навичок комунікації у майбутнього педагога закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 110 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 6 таблиць, 10 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела. Мета дослідження – теоретично обґрунтувати та розробити програму формування гнучких навичок комунікації у майбутнього педагога закладу вищої освіти. Об’єкт дослідження – процес професійної підготовки майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження – особливості формування гнучких навичок комунікації у майбутнього педагога закладу вищої освіти. У роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз проблеми формування гнучких навичок професійної комунікації у майбутнього педагога закладу вищої освіти, охарактеризовано їх сутність та структурні компоненти; визначено критерії, показники та рівні сформованості гнучких навичок професійної комунікації у майбутнього педагога закладу вищої освіти в умовах магістратури; з’ясовано стан сформованості гнучких навичок професійної комунікації здобувачів вищої освіти – майбутніх педагогів ЗВО; розроблено програму формування гнучких навичок професійної комунікації у майбутнього педагога закладу вищої освіти. Практичне значення одержаних результатів визначається тим, що розроблено програму формування гнучких навичок професійної комунікації майбутніх педагогів закладів вищої освіти в умовах магістратури.

The purpose of the research is to theoretically substantiate and develop a program for the formation of flexible communication skills in the future teacher of a higher education institution. The object of the research is the process of professional training of future teachers of higher education institutions. The subject of the research is the peculiarities of the formation of flexible communication skills in the future teacher of a higher education institution. In the work, a theoretical analysis of the problem of the formation of flexible professional communication skills in the future teacher of a higher education institution was carried out, their essence and structural components were characterized; the criteria, indicators and levels of formation of flexible professional communication skills of the future teacher of the institution of higher education in the conditions of the master's degree are determined; the state of formation of flexible professional communication skills of students of higher education - future teachers of higher education institutions is clarified; developed a program for the formation of flexible professional communication skills in the future teacher of a higher education institution. The practical significance of the obtained results is determined by the fact that a program for the formation of flexible professional communication skills of future teachers of higher education institutions in the conditions of the master's degree has been developed.
