Мета дослідження: на основі теоретичного аналізу досліджуваної проблеми обґрунтувати педагогічні умови, що забезпечують ефективність формування лідерських якостей студентів закладів вищої освіти в діяльності органів студентського самоврядування. Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування лідерських якостей студентів закладів вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови формування лідерських якостей студентів в діяльності органів самоврядування. У роботі здійснено теоретичне дослідження історичних аспектів проблеми студентського самоврядування та феномену «лідерства» в науковій літературі зарубіжних та вітчизняних авторів; уточнено сутність та зміст основних понять дослідження: «студентське самоврядування», «лідерство», «лідерські якості», «орган студентського самоврядування»; обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування лідерських якостей студентів; схарактеризовано рівні лідерських якостей студентів в діяльності органів студентського самоврядування; розроблено програму формування лідерських якостей студентів в діяльності органу студентського самоврядування; розроблено рекомендації щодо ефективності формування лідерських якостей студентів закладів вищої освіти в діяльності органів студентського самоврядування. Практичне значення результатів дослідження полягає у розробці програми формування лідерських якостей студентів закладів вищої освіти в діяльності органів студентського самоврядування та рекомендацій для формування лідерських якостей студентів в діяльності органів студентського самоврядування закладу вищої освіти.

The purpose of the study: based on the theoretical analysis of the researched problem, to justify the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of leadership qualities of students of higher education institutions in the activities of student self-government bodies. The object of the study: the process of formation of leadership qualities of students of higher education institutions. The subject of the study: pedagogical conditions for the formation of leadership qualities of students in the activities of self-governing bodies. The paper carries out a theoretical study of the historical aspects of the problem of student self-government and the phenomenon of "leadership" in the scientific literature of foreign and domestic authors; the essence and content of the main concepts of the study were clarified: "student self-government", "leadership", "leadership qualities", "student self-government body"; the pedagogical conditions for the formation of students' leadership qualities are substantiated; the level of leadership qualities of students in the activities of student self-government bodies is characterized; developed a program for the formation of leadership qualities of students in the activities of the student self-government body; developed recommendations on the effectiveness of forming leadership qualities of students of higher education institutions in the activities of student self-government bodies.
