UA : Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації обліку та аналізу дебіторської заборгованості.
Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних та практичних аспектів організації обліку і аналізу дебіторської заборгованості.
Метою даної роботи є дослідження обліку та аналізу дебіторської заборгованості та формування організаційно-методичних положень та практичних рекомендацій щодо їх оптимізації.
Теоретико-методичну базу дослідження складали загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи. Для вирішення поставлених завдань використовувалися методи: аналізу та синтезу (для дослідження економічної сутності дебіторської заборгованості підприємства); системного підходу (для вирішення методологічних засад формування моделі управління дебіторською заборгованістю); причинно-наслідкового зв’язку (при класифікації видів дебіторської заборгованості); трендового фінансового аналізу та фінансових коефіцієнтів (для виявлення основних тенденцій формування та погашення дебіторської заборгованості); групування, порівняння, аналізу та синтезу для визначення практично значимих методів управління дебіторською заборгованістю; абстрактно-логічні методи дослідження (для здійснення теоретичних узагальнень та формулювання висновків).
Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у наступному:
удосконалено:
– аналітичний облік розрахунків з дебіторами на підставі використання аналітичних рахунків в залежності від стану заборгованості покупців, що сприятиме формуванню релевантного інформаційного забезпечення управління платоспроможністю;
– заходи управління розрахунками з дебіторами з метою оптимізації розміру дебіторської заборгованості, що дозволить впливати на стан об’єкта дослідження та зменшувати збитки від списання безнадійної дебіторської заборгованості;
набули подальшого розвитку:
– сутність поняття «дебіторська заборгованість» як суми заборгованості контрагентів бізнесу суб’єкту господарювання на певну дату, що виникає внаслідок реалізації матеріальних активів, робіт, послуг та яку кредитор має право вимагати відшкодувати, що надасть змогу розкрити сутність економічної категорії з урахуванням визначених особливостей і характерних ознак даного виду активів та підвищити реальну оцінку заборгованості як об’єкта обліку;
– класифікація дебіторської заборгованості на підставі застосування додаткової класифікаційної ознаки «безпека фінансового стану кредитора» з метою удосконалення контролю за її станом та динамікою.
EN : A research object is a process of organization of account and analysis of account receivable.
The article of research is totality of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of organization of account and analysis of account receivable.
The aim of this work is research of account and analysis of account receivable and forming of organizationally-methodical positions and practical recommendations in relation to their optimization.
The tеоретико-методичну base of research was folded by scientific and special methods. For the decision of the put tasks methods were used: to the analysis and synthesis (for research of economic essence of account receivable of enterprise); approach of (for the decision of methodological principles of forming of case an account receivable frame) the systems; причинно-наслідкового connection (during classification of types of account receivable); financial analysis of trend and financial coefficients (for the exposure of basic tendencies of forming and debtor debt liquidation); grouping, comparison, analysis and synthesis for determination practically of meaningful methods of management an account receivable; abstractly-logical methods of research (for realization of theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions).
The scientific novelty of the got results consists in the following:
it is improved:
– analytical accounting of settlements with debtors on the basis of the use of analytical accounts depending on the state of debt of buyers, which will contribute to the formation of relevant information provision of solvency management;
– settlement management measures with receivables in order to optimize the amount of receivables, which will affect the condition of the study object and reduce losses from write-off of bad receivables;
purchased further development:
– the essence of the concept « receivables» as the amount of debt of business counterparties to an entity on a certain date arising from the sale of tangible assets, works, services and which the creditor has the right to demand reimbursement, which will allow to disclose the essence of the economic category, taking into account the identified features and characteristics of this type of asset and increase the real assessment of debt as an object of accounting;
– classification of receivables based on the application of an additional classification feature « security of the creditor's financial condition» in order to improve control over its condition and dynamics.
