Особливості ґендерних стереотипів викладачів закладів вищої освіти

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 81 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 12 таблиць, 5 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 56 джерел. Мета дослідження: визначити та практично дослідити особливості ґендерних стереотипів викладачів у закладі вищої освіти. Об’єкт дослідження: ґендерні стереотипи особистості. Предмет дослідження: особливості прояву ґендерних стереотипів у педагогічній діяльності викладача закладу вищої освіти. У роботі теоретично проаналізовано сутність та визначення ґендерного стереотипу у науковій літературі; охарактеризовано особливості прояву ґендерних стереотипів у педагогічній діяльності; розкрито особливості прояву ґендерних стереотипів у ставленні викладачів закладів вищої освіти до студентів відповідно до їх ґендеру; експериментально досліджено особливості ґендерних стереотипів викладачів закладів вищої освіти. Практичне значення роботи базується на емпірично підтверджених даних про стереотипність педагогічної діяльності викладачів, узагальненні отриманих даних експериментального дослідження, що дозволяє оцінити реальний стан сформованості міцних ґендерних стереотипів викладачів ЗВО.

The purpose of the study: to determine and practically investigate the features of gender stereotypes of teachers in a higher education institution. Object of research: gender stereotypes of the individual. The subject of the study: peculiarities of the manifestation of gender stereotypes in the pedagogical activity of a teacher of a higher education institution. The work theoretically analyzes the essence and definition of gender stereotype in scientific literature; the peculiarities of the manifestation of gender stereotypes in pedagogical activity are characterized; the peculiarities of the manifestation of gender stereotypes in the attitude of teachers of higher education institutions to students according to their gender are revealed; the peculiarities of gender stereotypes of teachers of higher education institutions were experimentally investigated. The practical significance of the work is based on empirically confirmed data on the stereotyping of teachers' pedagogical activity, the generalization of the obtained experimental research data, which allows us to assess the real state of the formation of strong gender stereotypes of teachers of higher education institutions.
