Особливості подолання неуспішності студентів закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

Мета дослідження: вивчення теоретико-методичних засад подолання неуспішності студентів закладу вищої освіти. Об’єкт дослідження: процес подолання неуспішності студентів закладів вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: психолого-педагогічні засади подолання неуспішності студентів. У роботі надано загальну характеристику особливості розвитку особистості студента та розуміння неуспішності у закладі вищої освіти; описано психолого-педагогічні причини неуспішності студентів; вивчено шляхи подолання неуспішності студентів; проведено експериментальне дослідження, спрямоване на діагностику причин неуспішності студентів; розроблено методичні та психолого-педагогічні заходи з подолання неуспішності студентів закладу вищої освіти. Практичне значення: запропоновані матеріали можуть бути використані кураторами студентських груп, викладачами, працівниками відділів виховної роботи та студентських справ закладів освіти.

The object of the research: the process of overcoming the failure of students of higher education institutions. The subject of the study: psychological and pedagogical principles of overcoming student failure. The work provides a general description of the peculiarities of the development of the student's personality and the understanding of failure in a higher education institution; psychological and pedagogical reasons for student failure are described; ways of overcoming student failure have been studied; an experimental study aimed at diagnosing the reasons for student failure was conducted; methodical and psychological-pedagogical measures were developed to overcome the failure of students of the higher education institution. Practical significance: the proposed materials can be used by curators of student groups, teachers, employees of educational work and student affairs departments of educational institutions.
