UA : Робота присвячена оптимізації організаційних процесів будівельно-монтажних робіт за рахунок застосування детермінованого моделювання. Детерміноване моделювання - це аналіз системи, що базується на математичних або статистичних методах. В будівництві детерміновані моделі використовуються для прогнозування імовірного ходу подій і оптимізації різних процесів. Дані моделі дозволяють зрозуміти, як впливають різні фактори на час і ресурси, необхідні для успішного завершення будівельного проекту. На підгрунті детермінованого моделювання виконується побудува сітьової графіку виконання процесів будівельно-монтажних робіт, проаналізовано оптимальне їх виконання та скорочення тривалості будівництва всього об’єкту.
Обґрунтовано вирішенні виробничих задач з оптимізації організаційних процесів будівельно-монтажних робіт із залученням діючого інструментарію у вигляді детермінованої сітьової моделі.
EN : The work is devoted to optimization of organizational processes of construction and installation works through the use of deterministic modeling. Deterministic modeling is an analysis of a system based on mathematical or statistical methods. In construction, deterministic models are used to predict the likely course of events and optimize various processes. These models allow us to understand how various factors affect the time and resources required for the successful completion of a construction project. On the basis of deterministic modeling, a network schedule for the implementation of construction and installation works processes is built, their optimal implementation and reduction of the duration of construction of the entire object are analyzed.
The solution of production problems of optimization of organizational processes of construction and installation works with the involvement of existing tools in the form of a deterministic network model is substantiated.
