Аналіз організаційно-технологічних рішень при будівництві двосекційного житлового будинку

Abstract

UA : В роботі проведено дослідження науково-технічні джерела, що віддзеркалює актуальність вибраної тематики, у розрізі аналізу організаційно- технологічних рішень при будівництві житлової будівлі. В результаті проведеного проектування технічних таа виробничих систем за допомогою розрахунків визначено їх параметри, сформовано раціональні режими функціонування, вихідні характеристики організаційно- технологічних рішень, ефективність при плануванні та організації робіт, розраховано потребу ві ресурсах, встановлено послідовність операцій, взаємодію технічних засобів і трудових ресурсів. Обґрунтовано вирішенні актуальної задачі з оптимізації організаційно-конструктивних рішень при будівництві житлової будівлі. Новизна вибраної тематики віддзеркалює можливість застосування детермінованих сітьових моделей, що дають змогу проведення розрахунків організаційно-конструктивних рішень при будівництві житлової будівлі; ефективність при плануванні та організації робіт; розраховують потребу в ресурсах, встановлюють послідовність операцій, взаємодію технічних засобів і трудових ресурсів.

EN : In the work, a study of scientific and technical sources that reflects the relevance of the selected subject was carried out, in the context of the analysis of organizational and constructive solutions during the construction of a residential building. As a result of the design of technical and production systems with the help of calculations, their parameters were determined, rational modes of operation were formed, initial characteristics of organizational and constructive solutions, efficiency in planning and organization of work, the need for resources was calculated, the sequence of operations, the interaction of technical means and labor resources was established. The solution to the actual problem of optimizing organizational and structural solutions during the construction of a residential building is justified. The novelty of the chosen topic reflects the possibility of using deterministic network models, which make it possible to carry out calculations of organizational and constructive decisions during the construction of a residential building; efficiency in planning and organizing work; calculate the need for resources, establish the sequence of operations, the interaction of technical means and labor resources.
