Клініко-біохімічні показники крові при гіпотиреозі у динаміці лікування

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 70 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 5 таблиць. Перелік посилань включає 54 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – венозна кров чоловіків та жінок, хворих на гіпотиреоз. Мета роботи – дослідження рівня гормонів, біохімічних та гематологічних показників у хворих на гіпотиреоз у динаміці лікування. Методи дослідження – гематологічні, біохімічні та статистичні. Встановлено, що у хворих підвищується ТТГ при нормальних рівнях Т3 та Т4, що свідчить про субклінічний гіпотиреоз. Спостерігається навантаження на печінку, що відображається у зростанні активності АЛТ та АСТ, зростає вміст холестеролу, знижується з наближенням до нижньої межі фізіологічної норми кількість лейкоцитів та еритроцитів. У 33 % хворих підвищуються тригліцериди, ЛПВШ та ЛПНЩ, у 20 % – коефіцієнт атерогенності. Контроль показників за рік лікування показав повернення їх до меж норми. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у тому, що вперше проведена оцінка гормонів щитоподібної залози, а також гематологічних та біохімічних показників крові у хворих на гіпотиреоз протягом року лікування у хворих м. Кременчука, що має антропогенне навантаження. Значимість роботи – pезультати дослiдження пошиpюють уявлення пpо вміст гормонів щитоподібної залози, біохімічних та гематологічних показників у крові мешканців м. Кременчук, хворих на гіпотиреоз у динаміці лікування. Отримані результати можуть бути використані у терапевтичних відділеннях для оцінки ефективності терапії та для своєчасного попередження ускладнень у хворих на гіпотиреоз.

Purpose - to study the level of hormones, biochemical and hematological parameters in patients with hypothyroidism in the dynamics of treatment. Research methods - hematological, biochemical and statistical. It was established that TSH increases in patients with normal levels of T3 and T4, which indicates subclinical hypothyroidism. There is a load on the liver, which is reflected in the increase in the activity of ALT and AST, the cholesterol content increases, and the number of leukocytes and erythrocytes decreases as it approaches the lower limit of the physiological norm. In 33% of patients, triglycerides, HDL, and LDL increase, and in 20%, the atherogenic factor. Control of indicators for a year of treatment showed their return to normal limits. The scientific novelty of the work is that for the first time the evaluation of thyroid hormones, as well as hematological and biochemical parameters of blood in patients with hypothyroidism during a year of treatment in patients of Kremenchuk, which has anthropogenic load, was carried out. Significance of the work - the results of the study extend the idea of the content of thyroid hormones, biochemical and hematological parameters in the blood of residents of Kremenchuk, patients with hypothyroidism in the dynamics of treatment. The results obtained can be used in therapeutic departments to assess the effectiveness of therapy and for the timely prevention of complications in patients with hypothyroidism.
