Формування професійного іміджу майбутніх викладачів закладів вищої освіти

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 63 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 7 таблиць, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 26 джерел. Мета: визначити, теоретично обґрунтувати й експериментально перевірити засоби формування професійного іміджу майбутнього викладача в освітньому процесі закладу вищої освіти. Об'єкт дослідження: професійний імідж майбутнього викладача. Предмет дослідження: процес формування професійного іміджу майбутнього викладача в умовах ВНЗ. У роботі здійснено науково-теоретичний аналіз сутності та проблем поняття іміджу в психолого-педагогічній літературі; проаналізовано основні види іміджу та його функції в структурі педагогічній діяльності; вивчено принципи формування професійного іміджу майбутнього викладача; досліджено рівень сформованості іміджу майбутніх викладачів вишів. Практичне значення полягає у виокремленні засобів формування професійного іміджу майбутнього викладача в освітньому процесі закладу вищої освіти.

Purpose: to determine, theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the means of forming the professional image of a future teacher in the educational process of a higher education institution. Object of research: professional image of the future teacher. The subject of the study: the process of forming the professional image of a future teacher in the conditions of a university. The work carries out a scientific and theoretical analysis of the essence and problems of the concept of image in psychological and pedagogical literature; the main types of image and its functions in the structure of pedagogical activity are analyzed; the principles of forming the professional image of the future teacher were studied; the level of formation of the image of future university teachers was investigated. The practical significance lies in identifying the means of forming the professional image of a future teacher in the educational process of a higher education institution.
