Взаємодія клітин крові лабораторного щура та мікрооточення травної системи Hirudo verbana

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – медичні п’явки виду Hirudo verbana після годування кров’ю лабораторних щурів. Предмет дослідження – життєздатність Hirudo verbana після годування кров’ю лабораторних щурів та лейкоцитарні показники крові лабораторних щурів під дією мікрооточення травної системи Hirudo verbana. Метою роботи є дослідити взаємодію клітин крові лабораторного щура та мікрооточення травної системи Hirudo verbana. Методи дослідження: імунологічні (визначення загальної кількості лейкоцитів, лейкоцитарної формули крові), статистичні. Після годування медичної п’явки кров’ю лабораторних щурів, можливий нормальний перебіг посттрофічного періоду і патологічний, який спостерігається на 10-14 добу, супроводжується зригуванням крові, формуванням перетяжок на тілі, та завершується смертю частини тварин. У зразках крові, отриманих зі шлункової кишки медичної п’явки при спостереженні впродовж 30 днів, виявлено зниження кількості лейкоцитів, зокрема паличко- і сегментоядерних нейтрофілів, моноцитів та більш тривале збереження еозинофілів та лімфоцитів, більшість лейкоцитів мали ознаки апоптозу чи некрозу; на 35 добу виявлявся лише детрит на гемолітичному фоні. Теоретичне значення: доповнено дані щодо взаємодії клітин крові ссавців та мікрооточення травної системи Hirudo verbana. Практичне значення: результати роботи можуть бути корисними для лабораторій, які спеціалізуються на біотехнології медичної п’явки.

The object of the study is medicinal leeches of the species Hirudo verbana after feeding on the blood of laboratory rats. The subject of the research is the viability of Hirudo verbana after feeding with the blood of laboratory rats and the leukocyte parameters of the blood of laboratory rats under the influence of the microenvironment of the digestive system of Hirudo verbana. The aim of the work is to investigate the interaction between the blood cells of a laboratory rat and the microenvironment of the digestive system of Hirudo verbana. Research methods: immunological (determination of the total number of leukocytes, leukocyte blood formula), statistical. After feeding a medicinal leech with the blood of laboratory rats, a normal course of the posttrophic period is possible and a pathological one, which is observed on 10-14 days, is accompanied by vomiting of blood, the formation of constriction on the body, and ends with the death of some animals. In blood samples obtained from the stomach of a medicinal leech during observation for 30 days, a decrease in the number of leukocytes, in particular, rod- and segmentonuclear neutrophils, monocytes, and a longer preservation of eosinophils and lymphocytes, most of the leukocytes had signs of apoptosis or necrosis; on the 35th day, only detritus was detected on a hemolytic background. Theoretical significance: the data on the interaction of mammalian blood cells and the microenvironment of the digestive system of Hirudo verbana have been supplemented. Practical significance: the results of the work may be useful for laboratories specializing in medicinal leech biotechnology.
