Формування готовності майбутнього вчителя початкових класів до роботи в умовах інклюзивної освіти

Abstract

Мета дослідження: розробити методику формування готовності майбутнього вчителя початкових класів до роботи в умовах інклюзивної освіти. Об’єкт дослідження: професійна підготовка майбутніх вчителів початкових класів. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутнього вчителя початкових класів до роботи в умовах інклюзивної освіти. У роботі розкрито сутність інклюзивного навчання, його мету, принципи, історію; теоретично проаналізовано стан введення інклюзивної освіти в Україні, виявлено труднощі цього процесу; розглянуто особливості підготовки майбутніх вчителів початкових класів до роботи в умовах інклюзивної освіти; визначено та теоретично обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутнього вчителя початкових класів до роботи в умовах інклюзивної освіти; розроблено цикл занять, які будуть мати теоретичну та практичну спрямованість, та будуть сприяти підвищенню рівня готовності майбутніх учителів початкових класів до роботи в інклюзивних умовах. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні й дослідженні педагогічних умов, за яких процес формування готовності майбутнього вчителя початкових класів до роботи в умовах інклюзивної освіти може бути найбільш ефективним.

The purpose of the research: to develop a method of forming the readiness of the future primary school teacher to work in the conditions of inclusive education. Object of research: professional training of future primary school teachers. The subject of the study: pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of the future primary school teacher to work in the conditions of inclusive education. The work reveals the essence of inclusive education, its purpose, principles, history; the state of introduction of inclusive education in Ukraine is theoretically analyzed, the difficulties of this process are revealed; the peculiarities of training future primary school teachers to work in the conditions of inclusive education are considered; the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of the future primary school teacher to work in the conditions of inclusive education are defined and theoretically substantiated; a cycle of classes has been developed, which will have a theoretical and practical orientation, and will contribute to increasing the level of readiness of future primary school teachers to work in inclusive conditions. The practical significance of the study lies in the substantiation and investigation of the pedagogical conditions under which the process of forming the readiness of the future primary school teacher to work in the conditions of inclusive education can be the most effective.
