Abstract

Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити систему управління процесом формування моральних якостей учнів початкових класів. Об’єкт дослідження – управління процесом виховання учнів початкових класів. Предмет дослідження – система управління процесом формування моральних якостей учнів початкових класів. У кваліфікаційній роботі на підставі аналізу філософської, психологічної та педагогічної наукової літератури з’ясовано сутність системи управління процесом формуванням моральних якостей учнів початкових класів; проаналізувано стан управління процесом формуванням моральних якостей учнів початкових класів; розроблено систему управління процесом формування моральних якостей учнів початкових класів, обґрунтовано її зміст та організаційні форми; експериментально перевірено ефективність системи управління процесом формування моральних якостей учнів початкових класів; узагальнено результати дослідження щодо ефективності системи управління процесом формування моральних якостей учнів початкових класів у закладі загальної середньої освіти.

The purpose of the research: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the management system of the process of formation of moral qualities of primary school students. The object of the research is the management of the process of education of primary school students. The subject of the research is the management system of the process of formation of moral qualities of primary school students. In the qualification work, based on the analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical scientific literature, the essence of the management system of the process of forming the moral qualities of primary school students is clarified; the state of management of the process of formation of moral qualities of primary school students is analyzed; a management system for the process of forming moral qualities of elementary school students was developed, its content and organizational forms were substantiated; the effectiveness of the management system for the process of forming the moral qualities of primary school students was experimentally verified; summarized the results of the research on the effectiveness of the management system of the process of forming the moral qualities of primary school students in the institution of general secondary education.
