Вплив різних екологічних факторів на вкорінення живців Saintpaulia ionanthia

Abstract

UA : В роботі 61 сторінка, 5 таблиць, 10 рисунків, було використано 38 літературних джерела, 28 з них на іноземній мові. Об’єкт дослідження – живці Saintpaulia ionanthia. Предмет дослідження – вплив різних екологічних фактрів та різних вкорінювачів на вкорінення живців Saintpaulia ionanthia. Мета роботи – з’ясувати як впливають різні екологічні фактори на вкорінення живців Saintpaulia ionanthia. Методи досліджень та апаратура – мікробіологічні, статистичні методи обрахунку отриманих результатів досліджень. В експерементальній частині даної роботи було досліджено 6 зразків листових живців узамбарської фіалки різних сортів, визначили різницю у часі укорінення та формуванні нової розетки у воді, субстраті «Флорин» без використання біостимуляторів та з використанням коренеутворювачів «Стимовіт» і «Грандіс». Укорінення листових живців проводили впродовж чотирьох місців в умовах домашнього експерименту: з квітня по червень 2023 року. Актуальність роботи – Saintpaulia ionanthia являється популярною кімнатною рослиною з високою декоративністю і різноманітністю. Найчастіше її розмножують листовими живцями. Однак існує проблема прискорення процесу укорінення живців і підвищення швидкості вкорінення, отриманих від цінних сортів. Для цього рекомендується вибирати найкращі умови для вкорінення живців.

The subject of the study is the influence of various environmental factors on the rooting of Saintpaulia ionanthia cuttings. The purpose of the work is to find out how various environmental factors affect the rooting of Saintpaulia ionanthia cuttings. Research methods and equipment - microbiological, statistical methods of calculating the obtained research results. In the experimental part of this work, 6 samples of leaf cuttings of Uzamba violet of different varieties were studied, the difference in the time of rooting and formation of a new rosette was determined in water, the substrate "Florin" without the use of biostimulants and with the use of root formers "Stymovit" and "Grandis". Rooting of leaf cuttings was carried out in four places under the conditions of a home experiment: from April to June 2023. Relevance of the work - Saintpaulia ionanthia is a popular indoor plant with high decorativeness and variety. Most often, it is propagated by leaf cuttings. However, there is a problem of accelerating the rooting process of cuttings and increasing the rooting rate obtained from valuable varieties. For this, it is recommended to choose the best conditions for rooting cuttings.
