Аналіз методів підвищення вогнестійкості будівельних конструкцій в умовах експлуатації

Abstract

UA : В роботі проведено дослідження, яке доводить необхідність використання новітніх методів підвищення ступеню вогнестійкості існуючих будівельних конструкцій під час експлуатації, у зв’язку зі змінами у будівельному законодавстві, використовуючи досвід Європейського союзу. Важливе значення у реалізації цих методів, відіграє перенесення вдалого досвіду на ситуацію яка виникла при експлуатації будівельній галузі України. У звіті проведено аналіз існуючих на будівельному ринку України матеріалів, їх видів, та способів їх нанесення або монтування. Обґрунтовано застосування нових методів підвищення вогнестійкості будівельних конструкцій в сучасних умовах експлуатації, враховуючи інтереси сторін взаємовідносин таких як, організація яка виконує роботи з вогнезахисту та власник будівлі, з метою зменшення строків виконання без зменшення ступеню екологічності та зменшення вартості цих робіт.

EN : In the work, a study was carried out that proves the need to use the latest methods of increasing the degree of fire resistance of existing building structures during operation, in connection with changes in construction legislation, using the experience of the European Union. Important importance in the implementation of these methods is played by the transfer of successful experience to the situation that arose during the operation of the construction industry of Ukraine. The report analyzes the existing materials on the construction market of Ukraine, their types, and methods of their application or installation. The application of new methods of increasing the fire resistance of building structures in modern operating conditions is substantiated, taking into account the interests of the parties to the relationship, such as the organization that performs fire protection works and the owner of the building, with the aim of reducing the execution time without reducing the degree of environmental friendliness and reducing the cost of these works.
