Обґрунтування проєкту розвитку ТОВ «Основа Енерго» в сучасних умовах

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 112 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 35 таблиць, 10 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єкт дослідження  проєкт розвитку ТОВ «Основа Енерго». Предмет дослідження  сукупність теоретико-методичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із розробкою, плануванням, впровадженням та контролем проєкту розвитку ТОВ «Основа Енерго». Метою роботи є узагальнення, поглиблення і розвиток засад розробки, планування, впровадження та контролю проєкту розвитку ТОВ «Основа Енерго». Методи досліджень: діалектичний; системний, комплексний та структурно- функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, аналітичний. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів визначається такими основними положеннями: узагальнено засади розробки проєкту розвитку енергетичної компанії; уточнено поняття проєкт розвитку та визначено його основні характеристики. Практичне значення мають розробки щодо реалізації проєктів розвитку сонячної енергетики в Україні.

EN : The work is presented on 112 pages of printed text, contains 35 tables, 10 figures, 6 annex. The list of referеnces includes 73 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. In modern conditions, the production of energy from traditional sources is environmentally dangerous, and every year such production becomes more expensive. Every year, the amount of oil and gas reserves decreases, and this, in turn, leads to an increase in the cost of them. That is why humanity is beginning to switch to alternative energy sources. Alternative energy is an energy sector that provides the production of electrical, thermal and mechanical energy with minimal impact on the environment and the risk of man-made disasters. Alternative energy sources include: solar energy, hydropower, geothermal water and wind, biomass. The use of these types of energy will reduce emissions of harmful substances into the environment, reduce dependence on fuel, as well as create additional opportunities for various sectors of the economy. The object of the research is the development project of Osnova Energo LLC. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical and methodological foundations and applied problems related to the development, planning, implementation and control of the development project of Osnova Energo LLC. The purpose of the work is to generalize, deepen and develop the principles of development, planning, implementation and control of the development project of Osnova Energo LLC. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are defined: – to assess the financial condition of Osnova Energo LLC; – develop a concept and conduct a project analysis; – calculate the integral performance indicators of the project and analyze the potential risks that may arise during its implementation; – to carry out the structuring of the project, in particular, to build WBS, OBS, to determine the matrix of project responsibility; – to carry out network, calendar and resource planning of the project, to form the relevant documents; – develop a project management system; – to develop a case study of operational project management. Research methods: dialectical; systematic, complex and structural-functional approach, quantitative analysis, analytical. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is determined by the following main provisions: the principles of developing a project for the development of an energy company are generalized; The concept of a development project is clarified and its main characteristics are defined. Developments for the implementation of solar energy development projects in Ukraine are of practical importance.
