ALP.
EN : The work is laid out in 70 pages of printed text, contains 2 table and 5
statistical graphs. The list of references includes 46 sources.
The object of the study was the blood serum of patients with viral hepatitis C
and B, to study the state of the patients' hepatobiliary system.
The aim of the work was the study of biochemical indicators of blood in
patients with viral hepatitis, a comparison of the state in different types of hepatitis,
and their influence on the state of the hepatobiliary system. Research methods -
determination of biochemical indicators, such as liver tests - ALT, AST, bilirubin,
GHT, LDH, thymol test, total protein, albumin, etc.
As a result of the study, patients with viral hepatitis C and B have significant
liver damage, slowed down metabolic processes, which are manifested in increased
blood parameters, such as bilirubin, ALT, AST, ALP. Treatment of such patients
leads to maintenance of a more or less normal state of the body, and lack of
treatment leads only to deterioration.
The novelty of the work lies in the fact that the research made it possible to
identify relationships between biochemical indicators and hepatitis, and to make a
comparative analysis, this can lead to new conclusions about common and
distinctive features between them. As a result, the state of the hepatobiliary system
in two different types of hepatitis was clarified. Research into viral hepatitis,
particularly hepatitis B and C, is an important area because these diseases can lead
to serious complications and affect millions of people worldwide.
Significance of the work - the results of the study spread the idea of the
impact of viral hepatitis on the hepatobiliary system and the changes in
biochemical indicators that occur. Hepatitis, especially hepatitis B and C, is a
serious public health problem. Studying these diseases helps to understand their
distribution, impact and develop control and prevention strategies. Research on
hepatitis contributes to the development of new and improved diagnostic methods
8
that allow detection of infections in the early stages, which is important for
effective treatment and prevention of complications. Thus, the study of hepatitis is
critical to supporting global public health efforts and reducing the impact of these
diseases on society.
