Дослідження проростання насіння Cucumis sativus L. за різних умов

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота виконана на 81 сторінці друкованого тексту. Містить 7 таблиць та 12 рисунків. При написанні роботи було використано 33 літературних джерела, з них 7 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження були сорти огірку Фенікс 640, Лялюк, Закуска. Мета роботи полягала у вивченні проростання насіння сортів Cucumis sativus L під впливом різних концентрацій солі як показника солестійкості рослин. Методи дослідження включали аналіз наукової літератури, проведення дослідів, з метою отримання і подальшого аналізу результатів та статистичну обробку даних В результаті проведеної роботи було встановлено, що огірок є нестійкою культурою до умов засолення. Різні сорти виявляють різний ступінь стійкості. Концентрація солі 2% та 2,5% виявилась летальною для усіх досліджених сортів. Найстійкішим до умов засолення виявився сорт Фенікс 640.

EN : The thesis is completed on 81 pages of printed text. Contains 7 tables and 12 figures. When writing the work, 33 literary sources were used, 7 of them in a foreign language. The object of the study were cucumber varieties Fenix 640, Lyaluk, Zakuska. The aim of the work was to study the germination of seeds of Cucumis sativus L varieties under the influence of different concentrations of salt as an indicator of salt tolerance of plants. The research methods included the analysis of scientific literature, conducting experiments, with the aim of obtaining and further analysis of the results, and statistical data processing As a result of the work, it was established that cucumber is an unstable culture to salinity conditions. Different varieties show different degrees of resistance. Salt concentration of 2% and 2.5% was lethal for all studied varieties. Fenix 640 was the most resistant to salinity conditions.
