Об’єкт дослідження – венозна кров чоловіків та жінок, хворих на
жовчнокам’яну хворобу.
Мета роботи – дослідження біохімічних та гематологічних показників у
хворих на жовчнокам’яну хворобу у динаміці лікування.
Методи дослідження – гематологічні, біохімічні та статистичні.
Встановлено, що у хворих на жовчнокам’яну хворобу на момент
госпіталізації підвищені показники лейкоцитів за рахунок ПЯН і СЯН. Також
підвищена ШОЕ, що вказує на запальний процес. Загальний білірубін, АЛТ,
АСТ, тимолова проба та α-амілаза були вище показників фізіологічної норми.
Після лікування показники лейкоцитів знизилися, у деяких випадках
спостерігалась нейтропенія та лімфопенія. Загальний білірубін та тимолова
проба на момент виписки були у межах фізіологічної норми, активності АЛТ,
АСТ та α-амілаза не у всіх пацієнтів повернулися до норми.
Новизна роботи – вперше проводиться порівняльний аналіз показників
крові при жовчнокам’яній хворобі у мешканців м. Запоріжжя.
Значимість роботи – результати дослідження поширюють уявлення про
стан гематологічних показників, функціонального стану печінки у показниках
крові мешканців м. Запоріжжя, хворих на жовчнокам’яну хворобу у динаміці
лікування.
Отримані результати можуть бути використані у терапевтичних та
хірургічних відділеннях для оцінки ефективності терапії та для своєчасного
попередження ускладнень у хворих на жовчнокам’яну хворобу.

The object of research is the venous blood of men and women suffering from
gallstone disease.
The purpose of the work is to study biochemical and hematological indicators
in patients with gallstone disease during the dynamics of treatment.
Research methods are hematological, biochemical, and statistical.
It was found that in patients with gallstone disease at the time of
hospitalization, leukocyte indicators are increased due to NEUT and MONO. There is
also an increased ESR, indicating an inflammatory process. Total bilirubin, ALT,
AST, thymol test, and α-amylase were above the physiological norm. After treatment,
leukocyte indicators decreased, in some cases neutropenia and lymphopenia were
observed. Total bilirubin and thymol test at the time of discharge were within the
physiological norm, activities of ALT, AST, and α-amylase did not return to normal
in all patients.
The novelty of the work is the first comparative analysis of blood indicators in
gallstone disease among residents of Zaporizhzhia.
The significance of the work is that the research results expand the
understanding of the state of hematological indicators, functional state of the liver in
the blood indicators of residents of Zaporizhzhia suffering from gallstone disease
during the dynamics of treatment.
The results obtained can be used in therapeutic and surgical departments to
assess the effectiveness of therapy and to prevent complications in patients with
cholelithiasis.
