Організаційно-технологічне моделювання реконструкції будівель вищих навчальних закладів

Abstract

UA : Розроблено перелік ТП з урахуванням застосування ЕЕМ, який сформований, виходячи з основного конструктивного елемента будівлі, впливу на споживаний ресурс та енергозберігаючий ефект. Запропоновано методику організаційно-технологічного моделювання реконструкції ВНЗ з урахуванням застосування ЕЕМ на основі принципів формування ресурсних та технологічних модулів. Проведено аналіз матеріально-технічної бази ВНЗ ЧДТУ, аналіз стану енергозбереження комплексу будівель, на підставі якого було прийнято рішення щодо доцільності проведення експерименту на прикладі навчально-лабораторного ¬корпусу ЧДТУ.

EN : A list of TPs has been developed taking into account the application of EEM, which is formed based on the main structural element of the building, the impact on the consumed resource and the energy-saving effect. The method of organizational and technological modeling of the reconstruction of higher education institutions is proposed, taking into account the application of EEM based on the principles of forming resource and technological modules. An analysis of the material and technical base of the ChTTU university, an analysis of the state of energy saving of the complex of buildings was carried out, on the basis of which a decision was made regarding the expediency of conducting an experiment on the example of the educational and laboratory building of the ChTTU.
