Вплив громадських організацій на прийняття публічно-управлінських рішень

Abstract

UA : Важливою частиною державного управління, так само, як і в будь-якому іншому виді державного управління, є прийняття управлінських рішень. Питання, пов'язані з прийняттям та реалізацією управлінських рішень, стають ключовим елементом процесу державного управління в умовах сучасного розвитку України. Цей процес характеризується поступовою демократизацією та переходом до євроінтеграції, і відтак є актуальним предметом дослідження численних вчених. Система державного управління визначається важливістю, масштабністю та різноманітністю прийнятих рішень, що охоплюють всі сфери суспільного життя. У сучасний момент особливо критичною є необхідність змін у роботі державного управління, особливо в контексті управлінських рішень. На рівні державного управління велике значення має процес дослідження прийняття рішень. Цей процес аналізує не лише ефективність конкретного органу чи реалізації державної політики в певній сфері, але й враховує добробут та безпеку громадян.

EN : An important part of public administration, just like in any other form of government management, is the making of managerial decisions. Issues related to the adoption and implementation of managerial decisions become a key element of the process of public administration in the conditions of modern development in Ukraine. This process is characterized by a gradual democratization and transition to Eurointegration, making it a relevant subject of research for numerous scholars.

The system of public administration is defined by the importance, scale, and diversity of decisions made, encompassing all spheres of societal life. At the present moment, the need for changes in the functioning of public administration is particularly critical, especially in the context of managerial decisions. At the level of public administration, the process of decision-making holds great significance. This process analyzes not only the effectiveness of a specific body or the implementation of state policy in a particular sphere but also takes into account the well-being and safety of citizens.
