Розробка методології впровадження інструментарію моделювання в процеси управління підприємством

Abstract

UA : У роботі досліджено теоретичні основи впровадження інструментарію моделювання процесів підприємства. Проаналізовано сутність процесу впровадження інструментарію моделювання, на основі чого виділено базовий алгоритм впровадження інструментарію моделювання на підприємствах України. Досліджено використання сучасних бізнес-моделей STOF, CSOFT, VISOR, на базі чого виокремлено ключові виміри та елементи бізнес- моделей: клієнти, вигода, елемент доданої вартості, партнери, фінансовий вимір. Проаналізовано етапи впровадження інструментарію моделювання процесів підприємства на основі чого визначена зміна пріоритетів у використанні методів та інструментів впровадження інструментарію моделювання. На базі аналізу ключових факторів впливу на впровадження інструментарію моделювання процесів підприємства було запропоновано множину головних робіт при формуванні моделі процесів. Проведено аналіз впровадження інструментарію моделювання, за яким визначено моделі управлінських процесів в інформаційних системах, які потребують перегляду з приводу можливості впровадження на підприємствах. Розроблено методичний підхід впровадження інструментарію моделювання процесів управління підприємством, який дозволяє визначити доцільність впровадження нового інструментарію на підприємствах враховуючи їх сферу діяльності та розмір. Проведена оцінка економічної ефективності від можливого впровадження інструментарію моделювання процесів управління на двох підприємствах.

EN : The research examines the theoretical foundations of the implementation of enterprise process modeling tools. The essence of the process of implementing the modeling toolkit was analyzed, on the basis of which the basic algorithm for the implementation of the modeling toolkit at the enterprises of Ukraine was selected. The use of modern business models STOF, CSOFT, VISOR was studied, on the basis of which key dimensions and elements of business models were distinguished: clients, benefit, element of added value, partners, financial dimension. The stages of the implementation of the enterprise process modeling toolkit were analyzed, on the basis of which the change of priorities in the use of methods and tools for the implementation of the modeling toolkit was determined. On the basis of the analysis of the key factors influencing the implementation of the enterprise process modeling toolkit, a number of main works were proposed in the formation of the process model. An analysis of the implementation of modeling tools was carried out, according to which the models of management processes in information systems, which need to be reviewed regarding the possibility of implementation at enterprises, were determined. A methodical approach to the implementation of enterprise management process modeling tools has been developed, which allows to determine the expediency of implementing new tools at enterprises, taking into account their scope and size. An assessment of the economic efficiency of the possible implementation of management process simulation tools at two enterprises was carried out.
