The object of the study: The public administration system for providing sanatorium-resort treatment to the population.
The subject of the study: The mechanism of strategic control in public administration for territorial development.
Research methods: The mechanism of public administration provision for sanatorium-resort treatment of people with disabilities and war veterans.
The novelty of the study: Proposed measures for optimizing the public administration provision of sanatorium-resort treatment for people with disabilities and war veterans.
Hypothesis: Improving the mechanism of the public administration system for sanatorium-resort treatment will significantly impact the improvement of indicators for providing sanatorium-resort treatment to people with disabilities and war veterans.
Conclusions: 1. It was established that the sanatorium-resort provision for privileged categories of citizens is within the range of 21-25%. The lack of funds, insufficient information, and the complexity of the procedure for obtaining sanatorium-resort treatment make this service non-functional. 2. The improvement of the public administration system for sanatorium-resort treatment for privileged categories of individuals will be facilitated by the implementation of public-private partnerships, the organization of a multi-level comprehensive statistical system, and the activation of the information-communication mechanism for providing sanatorium-resort treatment.
