Управління бізнес-процесами на підприємстві машинобудівної галузі

Abstract

UA : Предмет дослідження: бізнес-процеси на підприємстві машинобудівної галузі. Об’єкт дослідження: АТ «Мотор Січ». Мета роботи – обґрунтування моделі управління бізнес-процесами для підприємства машинобудівної галузі. Методи дослідження. У кваліфікаційній роботі магістра використано сукупність загальнонаукових та спеціальних методів дослідження, зокрема: системний підхід, описовий метод, моделі Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Agile, теорія обмежень, Каїзен, модель бізнес-процесів, швидкий аналіз, cтруктуризація функції якості, перепроектування, бенчмаркинг, реінжиніринг. Специфіка роботи полягає у детальному аналізі бізнес-процесів на авіаційному підприємстві, розгляді методичних підходів до проектування та удосконалення бізнес-процесів, аналізі інструментів управління на машинобудівних підприємствах, підборі найбільш підходящого методу управління бізнес-процесами на підприємстві. Для досягнення мети в роботі визначено сутність та класифікацію бізнес-процесів, розглянуто методичні підходи до проектування та удосконалення бізнес-процесів, розглянуто інструменти управління бізнес-процесами на підприємстві машинобудівної галузі, визначено фактори впливу зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища на підприємство, проаналізовано організаційно-економічну складову АТ «Мотор Січ», проаналізовано фінансовий стан підприємства за останні роки, розглянуто які зміни відбувалися у бізнес-процесах на підприємстві за останні роки, проведено діагностику організації бізнес-процесів на підприємстві; знайдено шляхи підвищення ефективності управління бізнес-процесами та адаптовано інструменти управління до цього, вибрано модель управління бізнес-процесами з урахуванням специфіки галузі та індивідуальних особливостей підприємства.

EN : The subject of the study: business processes at the machine-building industry. Object of research: JSC "Motor Sich". The purpose of the work is to justify the business process management model for the machine-building industry. Research methods. The master's qualification work uses a combination of general scientific and special research methods, in particular: system approach, descriptive method, Lean Manufacturing models, Six Sigma, Agile, Theory of Constraints, Kaizen, Business Process Model, Rapid Analysis, Structuring of the Quality Function, Redesign, Benchmarking, Reengineering. The specificity of the work consists in a detailed analysis of business processes at an aviation enterprise, consideration of methodical approaches to the design and improvement of business processes, analysis of management tools at machine-building enterprises, selection of the most suitable method of managing business processes at the enterprise. To achieve the goal, the work defined the essence and classification of business processes, considered methodical approaches to the design and improvement of business processes, considered tools for managing business processes at an enterprise in the machine-building industry, determined the factors of influence of the external and internal environment on the enterprise, analyzed the organizational and economic component of JSC "Motor Sich", analyzed the financial condition of the enterprise in recent years, considered what changes occurred in business processes at the enterprise in recent years, conducted a diagnosis of the organization of business processes at the enterprise; ways of increasing the efficiency of business process ma¬nagement were found and management tools were adapted to this, a model of business process management was selected, taking into account the specifics of the industry and individual characteristics of the enterprise.
