Антикризове управління комунальним підприємством МКП «Основаніє»

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: визначення перспективних напрямків та надання пропозицій щодо антикризового управління комунального підприємства МКП «Основаніє» на підставі аналізу його системи. Об’єкт дослідження: міське комунальне підприємство «Основаніє». Предмет дослідження: процес та аспекти антикризового управління комунальним підприємством. Методи дослідження: аналіз, історичний метод, аналіз фінансової документації та спеціальної літератури, аналіз статистичних даних, SWOT-аналіз, методика прогнозування ймовірності банкрутства. Новизна роботи полягає у розробці заходів щодо оптимізації роботи комунального підприємства та отримання доходу, а також можливості впровадження цих підходів іншими підприємствами галузі. Гіпотеза: для оптимізації антикризового управління комунального підприємства необхідно вдосконалити роботу основного виду діяльності, враховуючи співпрацю з мешканцями та міською владою, щоб отримати достатньо розвинуту ринкову позицію на рівні з конкурентами. Специфіка роботи полягає у тому, що у роботі було з’ясовано що для уникнення можливої кризової ситуації та ймовірного банкрутства підприємства треба вчасно та систематично аналізувати фінансовий стан підприємства, ефективно використовувати фінансові ресурси та оптимізувати витрати, проводити стратегічне планування та оцінювати ризики. МКП «Основаніє» знаходиться на межі завершення своєї діяльності чи приєднання до іншої більш великої компанії. Як елемент системи житлово-комунального господарства, воно продовжує займати позицію, хоч і не має повноцінної змоги надавати послуги та задовольняти потреби населення в належній мірі, через ряд відповідних причин. Діагностика наявної стратегії МКП «Основаніє» виявила, що компанія реалізує базову стратегію скорочення з великою ймовірністю банкрутства, та існуванням загрози фінансової кризи для підприємства на 2024 рік. Подальший розвиток підприємства потребує визначення аспектів антикризової стратегії МКП «Основаніє».

EN : The purpose of the research: determination of promising directions and provision of proposals for anti-crisis management of the municipal enterprise CUC «Osnovanie» on the basis of an analysis of its system. The object of the research: city utility company «Osnovanie». The subject of the research: the process and aspects of anti-crisis management of a utility company. Research methods: analysis, historical method, analysis of financial documentation and special literature, analysis of statistical data, SWOT analysis, method of predicting the probability of bankruptcy. The novelty of the work consists in the development of measures to optimize the work of the utility company and generate income, as well as the possibility of implementing these approaches by other enterprises of the industry. The hypothesis: in order to optimize the anti-crisis management of the utility company, it is necessary to improve the work of the main type of activity, taking into account cooperation with residents and city authorities, in order to obtain a sufficiently developed market position on a par with competitors. The specificity of the work is that the work revealed that in order to avoid a possible crisis situation and possible bankruptcy of the enterprise, it is necessary to timely and systematically analyze the financial condition of the enterprise, effectively use financial resources and optimize costs, conduct strategic planning and assess risks. CUC «Osnovanie» is on the verge of ending its activities or joining another larger company. As an element of the housing and communal services system, it continues to occupy a position, although it does not have the full capacity to provide services and satisfy the needs of the population to an adequate extent, due to a number of relevant reasons. Diagnostics of the existing strategy of CUC «Osnovanie» revealed that the company is implementing a basic strategy of reduction with a high probability of bankruptcy, and the existence of a threat of a financial crisis for the company in 2024. The further development of the enterprise requires defining the aspects of the anti-crisis strategy CUC «Osnovanie».
