Abstract

UA : Загальний обсяг дослідження включає в себе аналіз теоретичних аспектів, діагностику і аналіз практичних аспектів функціонування бізнес-процесів та розробку практичних рекомендацій для покращення їх управління. Ця робота спрямована на забезпечення більшої ефективності та конкурентоспроможності організації на ринку. Робота присвячена удосконаленню управління бізнес-процесами на підприємстві, має на меті розгляд теоретичних та практичних аспектів організації бізнес-процесів та розробку рекомендацій та механізму оптимізації основних бізнес-процесів як способу вдосконалення системи управління на підприємстві. Об’єкт дослідження: ТОВ «Курс». Перший розділ розглядає теоретичні та методичні аспекти організації бізнес-процесів. Зокрема, розглядається сутність та зміст ефективного управління бізнес-процесами в організації, принципи до управління бізнес-процесами в організації на основі реінжинірингу та інжинірингу. висвітлюються можливі шляхи оптимізації існуючих бізнес-процесів на основі результатів аналізу, враховуючи сучасні методи управління бізнес-процесами. У другому розділі подано опис об’єкта дослідження, його діагностику та сформульовані висновки на основі результатів аналізу діяльності. Зокрема, проводиться аналіз діючої системи управління ТОВ «Курс», а також проводиться аналіз основних бізнес-процесів та ключових проблем у моделях бізнес-процесів. У третьому розділі пропонуються основні напрямки підвищення результативності бізнес-процесів та розроблені моделі «to be» на основі готового рішення ERP АСУ «Менеджмент». Дослідження спрямоване на розробку пропозицій та рекомендацій щодо покращення управління бізнес-процесами в організації. У цьому розділі також розглядаються можливі перспективи подальшого розвитку системи управління бізнес-процесами в ТОВ «Курс» та можливі напрями подальших досліджень у цій галузі. Кваліфікаційна робота магістра, обсягом 65 сторінки, включає в себе наступну структуру: вступ; три розділи; висновки та рекомендації.

Research Object: LLC "Kurs." The first section examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of business process organization. This includes an exploration of the essence and content of effective business process management within an organization, principles for managing business processes based on reengineering and engineering, and the consideration of potential ways to optimize existing business processes through analysis, taking into account modern methods of business process management. The second section provides an overview of the research object, its diagnostics, and formulates conclusions based on an analysis of its activities. Specifically, an analysis of the current management system of LLC "Kurs" is conducted, along with an examination of the principal business processes and key issues in business process models. The third section offers the main directions for improving the efficiency of business processes and presents "to be" models based on the ready-made ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution "Management." The research is aimed at developing proposals and recommendations for improving the management of business processes within the organization. This section also discusses potential prospects for the further development of the business process management system in LLC "Kurs" and possible directions for future research in this field. This Master's Qualification Work consists of an introduction, three main sections, and conclusions with recommendations.
