Організація інформаційного забезпечення підприємства в умовах соціальної кризи

Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми управління інформаційним забезпеченням підприємства є важливим підтвердженням зростання уваги до економічної інформації та її усвідомлення підприємцями, керівниками та пересічними громадянами. Метою написання кваліфікаційної роботи є формування інструментів інформаційного забезпечення діяльності підприємства в умовах ринку. Предметом дослідження є внутрішня та зовнішня система управління інформацією підприємства галузі в умовах воєнних дій. Обʼєктом дослідження є підприємство галузі, в зовнішньому середовищі, що знаходиться в стані війни та страждає від проблем розвитку конкурентів та руху негативних наслідків воєнного стану. В роботі зʼясований понятійно-категоріальний апарат науки менеджменту щодо ключових аспектів управління економічною інформацією в умовах ринку. Визначені поняття інформації та управління інформацією в умовах ринку, встановлене значення понять інформаційного забезпечення у менеджменті для, описується стан інформаційного забезпечення підприємств галузі, накопичення інформації та використання її в менеджменті підприємства, доступ до державних реєстрів, які адмініструє Міністерство юстиції України та інші відомства, сформовано комплект пропозицій щодо відновлення менеджменту інформаційних потоків на підприємстві та організації руху інформації щодо діяльності підприємства на зовнішньому ринку у вигляді організованих потоків інформації про продукти підприємства, що рухається в системі інформаційної логістики та у вигляді кругообігу на сучасній платформі та методології.

EN : The relevance of the topic of enterprise information management is an important confirmation of the growing attention to economic information and its awareness by entrepreneurs, managers and ordinary citizens. The purpose of writing a qualification paper is the formation of information support tools for enterprise activity in market conditions. The subject of the study is the internal and external information management system of the enterprise of the industry in the conditions of military operations. The object of the study is an enterprise of the industry, in the external environment, which is in a state of war and suffers from the problems of the development of competitors and the movement of negative consequences of the state of war. The work clarifies the conceptual and categorical apparatus of management science regarding the key aspects of economic information management in market conditions. Defined concepts of information and information management in market conditions, established meaning of concepts of information provision in management for, describes the state of information provision of enterprises in the industry, accumulation of information and its use in enterprise management, access to state registers administered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and other agencies, formed a set of proposals for restoring the management of information flows at the enterprise and organizing the movement of information about the enterprise's activities on the foreign market in the form of organized information flows about the enterprise's products moving in the information logistics system and in the form of circulation on a modern platform and methodology.
